And then we exchanged it when it messed up and again in a year messed up. Went back for the third time and with the best buy protection they wouldn't let me return it. They said I had to call the manufacturer. Where ch I didn't have to do any other time.

I have to go over things several times on the carpet, even if it’s something very small in order for it to pick up. Sometimes it won’t even pick that up. It works for routine vacuuming but if there is a few specks, it requires extra concentration.
