    The vacuum cleaner worked great first week then the efficiency decreased without any reason. checked all setting and the container is empty but doesn't clean the carpet as it first started. Still the motor is working and make same operation sound as when it was doing well. not sure what is the reason behind that.

    the vacumm does what its suppose to my only issue with it is, its extremely lound and sounds like something is loose in the roller not sure if its defective or it was design like this it picks up very well though on the fence of returning it to swap it out for another
