    I didn't realize that i have had this less than a year!!! This vacuum has already started to sound like it is about to die. I have checked out everything but don't see whats causing this AWFUL noise

    I bought this vaccum for my son & daughter'in-law because O have one exactly like it..just a different color..well it started to dmell like burnt rubber & lost suction I told my son to return it to Best Buy he did they told him they were out of that model and becsuse it was on sale when I.bought it they had him pay over 50$ more for a lessor expensive model that doesn't work as well as the original ..I am very upset about this situation and have a letter drafted to Corporate office regarding this.I totally feel that they needed to give him a rain check for the sane exact model even exchange...
