The tools fall off while using and the cord should be on the other side of the vacuum. The suction is average. Have to go over the area s few times to pick everything up

Does not roll well from bare floors to area rugs. It has to be placed back in the upright position and then you can roll onto the rug.

It died after 4 yrs, and I was having company and desperately needed a vacuum. At this point in time, I didn't have the money for the same model as I had before, so this seemed to be close, for less money. Three major complaints: Dirt/dust don't come easily out of canister. I have to use my Swiffer duster or my hand to pull stuff out. Not fun. The On/Off switch is in a very inconvenient, hard to reach place on handle. Cord retractor is also in wrong place. Cord always gets stuck/twisted when I use the retract button.
