My carpet isn't that plush but the roller keeps stopping from turning. The upholstery attachment never spins while using on my stairs. Spend a bit more and get a better unit

Possibly the worst vacuum I have ever purchased.

Dust flies everywhere and then putting it back together the top just keeps falling apart. But the absolute worst thing is that the plug doesn't retract automatically so you have this longgggg trail that you're trying to manueuver around. Just crap all around. My last Hoover I had for 15-18 years. I want to throw this out.

Didn't notice that it was plugged up and the moter overheated after about 2 min. Vacuum wouldn't turn back on until it cooled. Now there is no suction when turning it on. Unless you want to empty it every couple of minutes don't by this. It's also very difficult to clean out the hose if you mistakenly vacuum up a small sock or anything that would plug it up. Only used it for a couple of months.

It lasted 3 months and 10 days before breaking down. It kept shutting off and when it was working it would blow dirt out instead of sucking it in. It is loud and hard to maneuver. The worst vacuum I ever owned.

You may be experiencing low suction and shut offs due to a clog or blockage in the system. We can recommend the following troubleshoot: Here are some helpful tips to improve the suction: check to see if the filter or nozzle is clogged. Turn off the unit and disconnect the nozzle to remove the debris. Also check the hose for any built up debris, and use the handle of a broom to remove. After checking the hose, please be sure to securely connect the hose to your vacuum. We also recommend checking the filter by removing it from your vacuum and tapping out any built up dirt/debris that could be resting on it. Rinse the filter with water until the water runs clear and allow a dry time of 24-36 hours. – OR – We recommend checking to see if your filter is clogged. Turn off the unit and disconnect the nozzle to remove any debris. While you have the filter removed rinse it with water until the water runs clear, allow dry time (24-36 hours). Strong vacuum, poor & cheap plastic frame
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.While this vacuum cleaner worked well, the plastic frame on the lower portion that contains the wheels cracked after a few months of use, rendering it useless as it could not be rolled. The wheels jammed in to the lower portion of the frame. Luckily I bought an extended warranty so I was able to exchange it.
