I purchased in September & it stopped working on 12/5. Very disappointed. Also the brush tool is terrible, it constantly moves.

Not happy in Berwyn

It would of have to been a COMPLETE vacuum and not one with a piece missing. I can't blame the vacuum, but can blame Best Buy. Not only didn't I get the vacuum I ordered but when it was replaced, it was replaced with a different model. And they had to cancel my Geek Squad Protection Plan. So I have a different model vacuum than I ordered and it has no protection plan. The rating I gave was given to Best Buy for their terrible service. This was the first and last time I order from Best Buy.

Not good for Pets

You have to vacumn over the same item 2 or 3 times for it to pick up. Even with changing carpet settings, no difference. Would only recommend if you no pets, and the floor does not get that dirty.

This started making unbearable noise almost the first day. Hair gets wrapped around brush and takes forever to disassemble and clean and empty. Spend more, get more.
