This thing has went out on me yet AGAIN and i had to call Hoover since they have the year limited warranty and they're telling me that I have to take it apart because its clogged. There is nothing clogging it and this vacuum is just useless, I wish i had not spent $500 total on purchasing this vacuum twice, definitely not worth the money spent.

Terrible job on both hardwood and carpet. Returned within 2 weeks. I will say, Best Buy was easy to work with on the return. Went with the Shark and am overly pleased. Should have spent the small amount of $$ to get Shark in the first place!!

I used it just 2nd time since i bought it. But there is no suction power. Is anyone from Hoover here to offer any advice? Also, the enggs have designed the opening of filter cleaning unit so badly. You are supposed to turn the lid to open. It is quite a tight fit and there are no good handles to turn the lid. Overall i think I wasted my money. :(

We tried to go back to Best Buy to just get a replacement belt, and they explained that they could not do this. The vacuum works good overall, and I love that it works on tile and hardwood. It’s just frustrating that the belt broke that soon.

While it does great at getting dirt, it does a mediocre job at best with hair...I'd say it picks up roughly 50% of the hair. I can rn my hand over the carpet after vacuuming & still pick up hair

Also it is very heavy and bulky, bad design overall although it has low quiet noise to it when vacuuming so that’s pro and it has a retractable cord that makes it less work to put up away when in a hurry.

Haven't opened for couple of weeks as was out of town. Once opened, saw the dreaded gap between the suction pipe and chasis. I have started using it as my previous one gave up. The suction is bad. The top filter cannot be cleaned as my canister is stuck and cannot be rotated. You cannot use the little head for cleaning steps as there is no enough suction. Only reason i like is , it rewinds and atores the power cable,which some times can become hot. Stay away. Stay away.

I do not like the attachments for ease of use. It's lightweight and quieter than the one I had but I wouldn't recommend it for larger spaces (because the cord is very short) or for someone with pets who shed quite a bit, like my lab.
