It has really poor suction power, cruises right through dust, crumbs and doesn't pick up. Have owned before Dirt Devil and Bissell brands and thought by paying a little more for this product, it would excel and do a better job than the other ones, but came to realize that my previous ones were actually amazing compared to Hoover. Very disappointed and wish I could never have gotten it.

After cleaning the filters per guide, the suction is weaker and the performance is disappointing for the cost.

In the first use it shutoff after about an hour (not continuous use). After about 30 minutes it started working again. Second time it shutoff after 15 minutes and it started working the next day. So after this, it was easy to convince my husband to return this piece of junk and pay more for another Shark vacuum.

The tools, upholstery brush and dusting brush are a joke. There is literally no suction with the dust application.

Owned for more than 2 years when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I got that vacuum cleaner 2.5 years ago, it ran for a bit more than a year and start tripping the circuit breaker in the house no matter where it connected, it seems the motor has an issue, this very short lifetime of that kind of machines.

This vacuum comes with the carpet height adjustment feature which allows you to customize your clean based off of your floor type. Hoover is sending a new one so at least they are standing by the poor quality. It worked well for a few months then it started to pop breakers, as well as becoming extremely hot including the cord. I cleaned the filters and hoses thoroughly but the suction was limited. Seemed like it was going to be a danger. Hoover was sending a comparable model as I didn't want the same one.
