    This reasonable priced vacuum packs a punch! Easy to put together. Has great suction . Good for anyone who likes useful attachments. I like all the features and extras, the clear canister, the retractable cord, the ability to change floor types, filter made with HEPA media and much more. THE ONLY BAD THING..ITS VERY, VERY HEAVY! A TINY BIT LOUD TOO. Still a great vacuum!!

    It's an ok vacuum. First I had was trying to figure out where the cord release. And the second was there was no stop mechanism to stop the cord from being extended too far. And it feels VERY cheaply made.

    Gets job done but doesn’t last

    Have owned 2 and have had to replace them both in less than a year. Vacuum is great but quality as far as longevity is not. I do recommend putting warranty on it you be glad you did. Bestbuy stands behind and takes care of you.

      Hi Neice! If your vacuum isn't picking anything up, please try this: The long hose is designed to be removed completely. You can run a broomstick through the hose to check for clogs. The lower hose could also be checked for clogs. You can use a grabber tool or something similar and remove anything found here. The filter in the lid of the dirt cup is washable with water. Once washed, please allow it to air dry for 24 hours. We recommend doing this after every 4-6 uses f the vacuum. Turn the vacuum on its side while it is on to check if the brushroll is spinning. If it isn’t, the belt may need to be changed. This should get you vacuum up and running again. If further assistance is needed, please let us know! -Michael, Hoover Customer Care Hoover

    I bought this After reading all the Positive reviews but i did not have good experience with this product. It worked for a month After that we Can barely used it because belt snapped and melted. After every use the belt keep snapping and one day it just melted inside. Total waste of money and time.

    I am returning this tomorrow. I only used it a couple times but that was enough to know it does not work. It does not have good suction and the bottom rollers don't work all the time. It also makes a loud noise "winding down" when you turn it off. I have 2 dalmations that shed a lot of hair. And although it claims to pick up dog hair it does not. Atleast not for me. I am very dissapointed with this product. I guess you get what you pay for. This is a cheap vacuum so don't expect to get much out of it.

    I have had high end and low end vacuums. This is definitely one of the low end models. I only paid $45 and honestly paid too much. Will be replacing soon with something else. I really think it leaves more dirt on the floor then it picks up. DON'T BUY! Save your money.

    This vacuum was the worst waste of money. The suction was weak and the cleaning was adequate at best. The unit died completely in just over 6 months of use. Buyer Beware.

      Here are some helpful tips to improve the suction: check to see if the filter or nozzle is clogged. Turn off the unit and disconnect the nozzle to remove the debris. Also check the hose for any built up debris, and use the handle of a broom to remove. After checking the hose, please be sure to securely connect the hose to your vacuum. We also recommend checking the filter by removing it from your vacuum and tapping out any built up dirt/debris that could be resting on it. Rinse the filter with water until the water runs clear and allow a dry time of 24-36 hours. – OR – We recommend checking to see if your filter is clogged. Turn off the unit and disconnect the nozzle to remove any debris. While you have the filter removed rinse it with water until the water runs clear, allow dry time (24-36 hours). If the listed troubleshoot does not correct the issue, please contact us directly at HooverCommunity@ttifloorcare.com with reference to this review and model number. Thank you!

    I wouldn't even give this 1 star actually. Bought this exactly 2 months ago. Worked fine at first, no issues. Then, all of a sudden today, while vacuuming, it just died. It cut itself off. I switched outlets, etc and nothing. Dead. It's a 2-month old paperweight. Convenient that the return policy is 1-month. Can't believe as a premium Best Buy customer that I was sold this defective garbage. Plus, lost $20 reward certificate used on this thing too! Unbelievable. This thing cost $100+ to go out in 2 months? Seriously!???

    It sucks! I kid but no, it’s clunky, the cord is relatively short, the on button is in an awkward place, and the carpet brush doesn’t really work while the vacuum is being pulled backwards.

    It doesn’t work on my carpet or my hard floors. It is very heavy and it wouldn’t even suck up a crumb. Would not recommend.

    Don’t buy if you have a shedding pet

    Pet hair attachment is a poor and cheap design. It’s an air-driven rotor but the casing was not airtight, so I had to squeeze it hard to make it work.

    Cheap & Dead after 5 months!

    I bought this Vacuum cleaner on Nov 30, 2019. I received it in Dec 2019. We used it for 5 months and it just died after regular, normal use. No pets, no excessive dirt or dust, no abuse of any kind. All of the accessory parts and the vacuum itself are made of cheap plastic. They dont make vacuums with quality parts like they used to. I’m done with Hoover. Too expensive for a cheap plastic vacuum cleaner that just stops working after 5 months of use. So disappointed...

    It only works if you’re using the attachments. The main unit is useless. The attachments fall off and the main hose is too short and awkward. It was wasted money.

    I have always purchased Hoover products with great success. Unfortunately, this item is not in the same category. It will only run for about 10 minutes at a time. Afterwhich, the vacuum must be allowed to cool. We failed to detect this within the normal return time because we were only spot cleaning at first because our old hoover WindTunnel while on it's last legs, was still in working order. It has since quit working which leaves us dependent on a vacuum that has to rest every 10 minutes.

    Didn’t work very well, it wasn’t picking up dirt from a hardwood floor well. We ended up returning as this thing just doesn’t have enough power to actually vacuum well

    This vacuum pick up decent however it isnt the best. The accessories are garbage. The retractable cord stopped working after being used only three times. The extension for the hand held tools get stuck inside when trying to connect the two pieces.

      Hi treefrogtreks! That shouldn't happen. When pulling the cord, be sure not to pull it pass the red sticker on the cord. If the cord is pulled past the red sticker, the cord reel may jam preventing it from retracting. If you're still having issues, we recommend bringing your WindTunnel 2 in for service.
