Nothing special about had to take it back the next day soon as I turned it on started making a loud noise wasn’t worth my dollar

I have had Hoover vacuums always. 2 wind tunnels each lasting 5-7 years heavy vacuuming dog hair etc. This one is crap! roller works sometimes, cleaning it is a joke. I am so frustrated, i am buying a different brand sorry Hoover your 45 year customer hate how cheap you have become with your vacuums and customer service is awful. no one and I mean no one would help me!!!!

worst vacuum ever. I have a husky with alot of hair. I have to wrestle with the vacuum everytime to get the dirt cup to come off the vacuum then it is so hard to get the thing back on the vacuum. Then the dirt cup has to be changed halfway thru my vacuuming more then once. Does not hold alot of dirt and hair. I want to go back to a vacuum with a bag. After I bought it, I didn't even try to use it again for over 6 months.

Vacuums have been a tricky thing for me and this one was a disappointment for me. I tried all the settings and it didn’t pick up the garbage as I would like it to.

The hose is screwed in at the bottom of the vacuum, so you will not get very far with it. The front floor roll brush is manual, so not effective. the attachments come off easy and the pivoting attachment doesn't lock, so it gets out of position with pressure. The only reason I didn't return it, is because I got sick and the deadline to return expired.

Very bad quality. I change 3 times .used only six months after six months sounds going too bad . Doesn’t work properly.

On paper this looks like a good product. In actual use the hoses plug easily, to the point that unless you're vacuuming just dust the device is virtually unusable. I've had better luck with $30 Black Friday specials. Not giving up on Hoover, but avoid this model.

Have used this vacuum for less than 2 years. It over heats and stops working if I vacuum more than one room. Suction is only moderate and most of the tools are useless. Would not buy again.

It's an ok vacuum. Not the best - doesn't work well when you go from area rugs to hard wood floors. Doesn't pick up everything on hard wood floors either.

Vacuum is ok. Only issue is it cuts off power when it gets heated after vacuuming each room. You have to wait till it gets cool down.

Had to buy a new vacuum, the recoil feature of this vacuum frayed the cord leaving it unusable after only a few months. SAVE Your Money

Too heavy for traditional use. If I had the original packing I would return it to the store.

I was given a box that had been open. I didn’t appreciate that. I found out after I got home. I bought to many products from Best Buy to be treated like this.

The Canister fills up quickly, because it's pretty small, and to empty the contents is difficult. I have 3 dogs, and the hair gets stuck high up inside the canister, and it is difficult to pull out. I use a wand from a venetian blind to reach, as my hand cannot fit inside to reach. At first, the power was pretty good but lessened over the months.

Worked well at first. I did purchase the warranty. Came into good use when it stopped working about a year after I bought it.

Not very effective. I am not happy with this product. I used to know about Hoover products being good but this one was below expectations.

Seemed like a good deal and had a similar vacuum of the same brand years ago that worked well but parts were missing so was unable to assemble this one and had to return it.

Retractable cord would not work. Vacumn was very heavy

Nothing but challenges with this vacuum. Required frequent cleaning and maintenance. In less than a year, this model completely quit working.

Too loud, retractable cord doesn't work, not efficient for hard wood. Not worth the price
