    Vacume is heavy cord retractor is good but it doesn't work great and is hard to push and has no self drive sp it's like pushing a tank..

    Worked for 2 months and then burned out belt. Replacement belts didn't help. Spend money on a Dyson instead at least it will last at least a year.

    My husband bought this for me based on good reviews. I like that the cord winds itself. Other than that, NO. It is so heavy and hard to push. It's super loud and revs up periodically as if possessed. Hot air blows out the back into your face. I can't even tell you how much I hate it. AND I can't return it because "worst buy's" return policy sucks. P.S. it picks up stuff no better than my old Shark stick style vac.

Your vacuum has a carpet height adjustment feature which allows you to customize your clean based on your floor type, ranging from hard floor to high pile carpet. If your vacuum is feeling difficult to push, push down and turn the knob to the next higher setting. We also recommend checking to make sure your hose is securely connected to the back of the vacuum too ensure no air is escaping and being blown at you. We hope this improves your experience!     had to return the old one that was not 2 years old & then they did not have the same machine. wanted to charge me more even though the agreement expires Jan 5 2024. they gave me another lower quality vacuum but would not extend the tech support plan.

    Spend a few more bucks and get a Bissell. Bought this as my 3rd back up vacuum as my Dyson and Bissell were temp. out of commission. Feels cheap, the hoses are a pain, the long attachment does not fit into the space designed for it on the base. Just a cheap vacuum not for every day or heavy use.

    Power cord gets hot and causes it to shut off. I can vacuum half a room an it shuts off. Wait 20 minutes for it to cool off an repeat .I will be returning it.

    Bought this vacuum and I am very unhappy with the purchase. It hasn’t lived up to expectations. It doesn’t vacuum as good as I thought and it literally has been giving me problems. I wouldn’t recommend to friends or family at this price.

    Brush is not working anymore

    Brush got broken after non intensive use. I literally used this vacuum 15 times in my small apartment.

    BOUGHT THIS VACCUM AND ONLY USED IT TWICE AND THE SECOND TIME I USED IT IT DIDNT WORK. THE BRUSH ROLL STOPPED WORKING AND THE BELT WAS STILL INTACT AND EVERYTHING, LUCKLY BESTBUY ALLOWED ME TO RETURN THE ITEM

    Don’t bother. Purchased on 12/29/2021, stopped working on 2/13/1022. Worked long enough to last till the end of the return period then stopped picking up. (2/04/2022) Terrible at even picking up things on hardwood floors.

    DO NOT BUY THIS VACUUM! I purchased this in Nov 2019 and just over a year later it's no longer working. It keeps shutting off even after all troubleshooting and now the power button is loose and won't click on or off all together. Spend a little more and get something better, this thing isn't even fit to be a children's toy.

    There is a gap between the hose and the tube so the air is leaking out not the vacuum is not sucking appropriately (weak suction). Bestbuy's products are terrible lately. I think they're just recycling returned or refurbished products and just passing them on as brand new.

    It is a piece of junk, the tools on board don't work. The position of the on and off switch is in a in an inconvenient place. It is hard to used. The color is ugly and the brushroll er is bent, and the company is hard to get a hold and hard to deal with.

    The vacuum worked for only approximately two months. The cord became overheated and hot and the canister that the dirt is vacuumed into was also hot after vacuuming a small area of carpet. The vacuum made a terrible high pitched noise and it was obvious that it was not safe to operate it. I will never buy a Hoover vacuum again.

      Hi coolie, thank you for reviewing the Hoover WindTunnel 2 Whole House Rewind Upright Vacuum. Here are some helpful tips to improve the suction: check to see if the filter or nozzle is clogged. Turn off the unit and disconnect the nozzle to remove the debris. Also check the hose for any built up debris, and use the handle of a broom to remove. After checking the hose, please be sure to securely connect the hose to your vacuum. We also recommend checking the filter by removing it from your vacuum and tapping out any built up dirt/debris that could be resting on it. Rinse the filter with water until the water runs clear and allow a dry time of 24-36 hours. We hope this improves your suction!
