    Don't be fooled. Doesn't pick up well. The attachments are terrible if you plan on using this on stairs.

    You guys shipped me two open boxed vacuum cleaners that were used. I returned the first one and you reshipped me another one and that one had been opened and used as well. The box wasn't flush across the top and the box had been retaped. Dont put merchandise on sale and advertise as new.

    This is a piece of junk. Over heats after just a few minutes no matter the height settings. All the filters are clean. Takes at least a couple hours to cooll down. Save your money.

    We have had this since November 2020 and the cord gets really hot. The unit overheats and shuts down. I do not recommend this sweeper and am concerned about the safety of the unit.

    Not worth the money.

    Do not buy this vacuum, it's a waste of money. The vacuum lasted us about 4.5 months before the brush started acting up. replaced the belt but the brush still only operated on part-time bases. The model did not even last through the manufacture warranty.

    A month after purchasing this vacuum, I used it to sweep my carpet. It did have pine needles on it from my Christmas tree, but after a couple of uses, the vacuum stopped sucking. I took everything apart and tried cleaning out the hoses, but I cannot figure out what's wrong with it.

    Overheats within 10 minutes of vaccuuming every time. Then you need at wait an hour or so for it to cool down. Tried setting the carpet height higher and ensuring the container is completely empty...makes no difference

    Overall design of this VC is poor. The extension tube does not lock, so it makes it difficult to use it. Also the tube dose not have a proper handle, so part of your hand will be on the hose, and it will pinch you. However the worst part is that our VC lost suction within two weeks. Very disappointed.

    For a Vacuum that claims it is good for pets this one misses the mark. I ordered this Vacuum on 11/10 so a little over a year. As of today it failed completely the motor burned up due to poor design that circulates all the dust and fur that makes it past the filtration system into the fan.

    very disappointed with this product. Chord became very hot after use of ten-fifteen minutes. his product was also a return because trash and dust were found in the tunnel. Very disappointed. I returned. I returned the product to Best Buy.

      Hello Andrea,
      If you are experiencing issues with suction: Here are some helpful tips to improve the suction: check to see if the filter or nozzle is clogged. Turn off the unit and disconnect the nozzle to remove the debris. Also check the hose for any built up debris, and use the handle of a broom to remove. After checking the hose, please be sure to securely connect the hose to your vacuum. We also recommend checking the filter by removing it from your vacuum and tapping out any built up dirt/debris that could be resting on it. Rinse the filter with water until the water runs clear and allow a dry time of 24-36 hours. – OR – We recommend checking to see if your filter is clogged. Turn off the unit and disconnect the nozzle to remove any debris. While you have the filter removed rinse it with water until the water runs clear, allow dry time (24-36 hours). Hoover

    The product has given trouble from the start with a very unpredictable behavior. The defect appears to be the on/off switch or potentially overheating too quickly (Within 15-30 minutes). I was travelling a lot so did not return the product in time. Do not buy this product.
