    Used it several times and the machine is registering a clog that we can't find so it is not working after using three times....it is not easy to remove the dust bin....really regret this purchase

Here are some helpful tips to improve the suction: check to see if the filter or nozzle is clogged. Turn off the unit and disconnect the nozzle to remove the debris. Also check the hose for any built up debris, and use the handle of a broom to remove. After checking the hose, please be sure to securely connect the hose to your vacuum. We also recommend checking the filter by removing it from your vacuum and tapping out any built up dirt/debris that could be resting on it. Rinse the filter with water until the water runs clear and allow a dry time of 24-36 hours. – OR – We recommend checking to see if your filter is clogged. Turn off the unit and disconnect the nozzle to remove any debris. While you have the filter removed rinse it with water until the water runs clear, allow dry time (24-36 hours).     Disappointed in Hooker

    We had a previous Hoover and a Steam cleaner and we liked them both. This one was a piece of junk. Jams a lot and lacks suction power. A couple of months after buying it we donated it to good will and bought a Shark. The Shark is phenomenal!

    I bought this because I had a Hoover before and it was great. This vacuum has no sucking power. I have hardwoods and it doesn’t pick up even the lightest of things like leaves or grass. Very disappointing. Buy another model.

Your vacuum comes with a Carpet Height Adjustment Feature which helps you customize your clean based off your floor type. We recommend adjusting the height control setting for better performance. Also, there could be a clog in your hose inlet. We recommending turning off the unit and disconnecting the nozzle to remove any debris. Also check the hose for any built up debris, and use the handle of a broom to remove. After checking the hose, please be sure to securely connect the hose to your vacuum.     This is the second time I've had to replace this vacuum. Not sure why they only seem to last 1 year. Just missed returning it by a month. We don't do heavy duty vacuuming so I have no idea why they keep failing.

It could be time to rinse out your filter. Remember to only rinse it with water and let it dry for 24 hours. If that does not help, we ask you to make sure the dirt inlet tube is not clogged.       Hi there! We want to help. If you unit is not picking up well, please try this: The long hose is designed to be removed completely. You can run a broomstick through the hose to check for

      clogs.The lower hose could also be checked for clogs. You can use a grabber tool or something similar and

      remove anything found here.Turn the vacuum on its side while it is on to check if the brushroll is spinning.

      If it isn’t, the belt may need to be changed.This should get you vacuum up and running again. If further

    This vacuum did not have a long life. I used to have a previous vacuum that lasted me over 10 years, this one didn't even make it to 2. The inner barrel stopped spinning, it stopped sucking up dirt and debris. WASTE of MONEY!!!

    Only lasted me 21 months until it broke. Was easy to use. Just poor craftsmanship. Like most products now. The protection plan for this product was over priced at the time of purchase. I would recommend extended warranty if price is lower now.

    I wanted to return it but was unable because I threw away my box because this vacuum it is not good it does not suction very well. It is not reliable it takes so much more longer to clean the house because I have to vacuum a lot of times.

    Don’t buy vacuum

    I am NOT happy with the vacuum. And was not able to exchange it due to Best Buy’s 14 day policy. Didn’t even open it to 20 days in. So now I’m stuck with a NEW vacuum that spits out everything it’s supposed to suck up!!!! Don’t buy!!!!!

    I was using a vaccum cleaner which i bought from walmart for 50 bucks for good 6 months which worked fine.And then I decided to go for a better one investing almost double price only to learn that was a waste of money.It didnt ever work for a month straight and deeply disappointed .

    I think Hoover wind tunnel 2 is a piece of junk, and I wouldn’t buy it again if it were the last vacuum cleaner on earth. Besides, I brought a warranty which was a waste of money because after a few months it was none returnable.

    Motor Dies

    Motor died after 3 months of infrequent usage. It just wouldn’t turn on for our maids. I’ll spend the money for a better vacuum, as this Hoover is not worth the headache.

    I purchased this vac to have an extra one for the house so that I may help when my wife does her vacuuming, I found it to be very weak with very poor suction power, what a shame because I do like the brand
