It has good Suckson, I just wished it was able to shampoo as well.

This has got to be the best vacuum ever. Priced fairly. Great results.

I liked this vacuum until today. I purchased it on 4/11/19 and today is 5/4/23. I had also purchased a four-year service guarantee. Today when I tried to use the vacuum - just a few weeks after the expiration of the service guarantee - it would not start. I'm not a heavy user of vacuums, so it's not like I wore it out. Seems expensive for the amount of service you get from it.

This was a great vacuum while it lasted, but it only lasted a year and a half. I bought this on May 22, 2020, and it died today, Dec 11, 2021. It started smoking last week, and today it just conked out in the middle of vacuuming. It was used every other week on a two-bedroom NYC apartment, so it wasn't overuse. Would not recommend, unless you want it temporarily.

Great vacuum for all heights of carpet. Even harwood or tile. Ive had this vacuum for almost 3 years and it still works great!

This is the first time I have been disappointed in a Hoover vacuum. The vacuum motor runs hot, the cord is hot and hot air blows out of vacuum. The on and off button is not in a easy location to use. It does have decent suction when vacuuming.

Great vaccum but its not even 4 month old and starting to have issues. 1st is the cord is sometimes hard to pull out. 2sn is the retractor works 1/4 of the time which makes it a pain to put the cord back. 3rd is the plug stopper is broken so cant wind the cord all the way in.

Good vacuum, love the fact that it has great attachments to use for cleaning. A bit heavy but really satisfied with the purchase.

For small apartments or condo’s the prefect machine

This was a great kitchen gadget while I had it. Happy w the purchase. Price was very decent.

Overall great vacuum. I picked it up when it was on sale. I would recommend it.

A huge selling feature of this vacuum (in addition to the cord rewind and HEPA filter) was the brush roll shut-off. The photo and instruction manual show a shut-off switch, and even the description says, "The Multi-Floor Brush Roll allows you to turn the brush roll ... off to prevent scattering of debris on hard floors for a more effective clean," but the vacuum does not have one. Additionally, the hose suction is fairly weak.

I am a little disappointed in this vacuum. The suction seemed intermittent. I constantly took it apart to clean the hose because of clogs. I will admit to having pets, but this was the most difficult vacuum to use with those pets. I replaced it earlier this year with a Shark and I have never been happier.

Worked for about 10 months then gave out. I guess it surved its purpose? It worked while it turned on lol.

The handle does not stay in place at all. When you try pull the vacuum back toward you while using it, the handle comes unattached, and so does the bin where all the dirt goes. On first using it this happened several times. I spent more time recleaning everything off my rug than cleaning it. The last time it came unattached, the bristles landed on the tasseled edge of my rug, and ate it, spewing parts of my rug everywhere. One cannot even pick up the vacuum by the handle to store without it coming unattached.

I’m satisfied with its performance. However, it is impossible for me to remove the filter to clean it. The canister top is to tight. It took 2 men to remove it. I will contact Hoover to try and get a replacement.

My belt won’t stay on. I’ve bought a new belt thinking it was worn out but when I turn on the vacuum it slips off right away. It looks like something melted near where the belt turns on the motor. Very cheap plastic piece. It worked for about a year or so but doesn’t anymore. Very disappointed.
