    Worst vacuum we have owned! they not cover my warranty . this thing happened 2nd time . hoover Vacuum are garbage and only waste of money . the cheaper vacuum working nice compare to this stupid vacuum .

    The belt broke within one month. I bought new belts but unless you are superwoman you can’t get the brushroll back in place. I would never buy this product again.

    This has to be by far the worst vaccum I have ever owned. After less than 5 minutes of cleaning my living room fan, the cord got extremely hot. Extremely disappointed as this was this day I used it.

    Do not waste your money buying this vacuum. Worst vacuum we have EVER owned! The belt literally keeps snapping/breaking every other month!!!

    Height settings for this vacuum are awful ! It’s either too low or too high, one star for this product only because I can still use the back hose. Spend the extra money and find another.

      Thank you for your feedback on the Hoover WindTunnel 2 Whole House Rewind Upright Vacuum. We would like to improve your experience with this unit and are here to help! Here are some helpful tips to improve the suction: check to see if the filter or nozzle is clogged. Turn off the unit and disconnect the nozzle to remove the debris. Also check the hose for any built up debris, and use the handle of a broom to remove. After checking the hose, please be sure to securely connect the hose to your vacuum. We also recommend checking the filter by removing it from your vacuum and tapping out any built up dirt/debris that could be resting on it. Rinse the filter with water until the water runs clear and allow a dry time of 24-36 hours. – OR – We recommend checking to see if your filter is clogged. Turn off the unit and disconnect the nozzle to remove any debris. While you have the filter removed rinse it with water until the water runs clear, allow dry time (24-36 hours).
