It works well on various types of carpet pile. It's ability to clean hard surfaces is marginal. The bag less feature is a plus.

This is great bang for your buck! This thing sucks up everything... 2 negatives... it's heavy and it needs cleaning often if you have a pet or lots of dust/fuzz.

I read a lot of reviews on vacuums. I didn't want to spend alot since it is a second vacuum for the house but I wanted good suction. This vacuum has the suction and it is easy to use the attachments.

Too bulky and heavy, no way to do stairs. Cleans well, but wouldn't recommend it for a person who had hardwood and stairs and was going to go between floors with it. It is good for 1 level of the home with full carpet.

This vacuum cleaner does a great job. Love that it comes with many attachments- including a brush for baseboards and hard to reach surfaces.

I love the features of this vacuum. There is an attachment for everything I need. It gets pet hair off of everything. I is easy to empty without making a mess. It does indeed clean the whole house.

This product was provided to replace the previous vacuum cleaner in the office. I considered getting the expensive brand names but on a second thought considered this product. I would say I am not disappointed. This product does work seamlessly and it picks up even the smallest particles. A great buy.

Only after I studied the pix on the box (in color) did I realize it was stored inside a wand. Additionally, attaching the canister was an ordeal. Instructions lack detail. I need to indicate alignment with a magic marker, otherwise a lot of time will be wasted during canister cleaning trying to attach. • Great for one user. More thought requiresd with multiple users. Will need frequent inventory in regards to: The housekeeper KEEPS all the tools stored on-the-appliance. I took pix of the box for quick reference of tool placement.

Super powerful, it’s amazing how much it picks up and I love how fast and easy it is to convert to hand held hose. I have dogs and two under two-convienent.
