this product purchased on 06/22/2023 and used only 8 or 9 times in the 16 month and now the motor frequently shutdown and has to wait at least one day to continue to use it last time, now today shutdown again... really need to think hard to purchase the vacuum from Hoover. This is really the product QA issue and it happens to Hoover's other product line and not limited to this model. The bad thing for the customer is once it happens, the customer will have no way to recoup the cost and it's the total loss for buying Hoover brand.

This vacuum picks up everything that can possibly be on the carpet or floors. It was easy to put together and it doesn't take up a lot of space

Great vacuum for the money. I've only used it a couple of times, but so far I like it's power and its lightweight. Also the attachments are easy to use.

Decent vacuum for the price. Only lasted about a year until it started backing up from pet hair. Had to clean it about 1 or 2 times a month, fully apart and hose gets clogged easily. Motor started getting very hot after about a minute of use.

Works well on carpet; cleans deep. Just a little bit of weight.

I love this vacuum. I love the retractable cord and how the suction can be adjusted for carpet length. I haven’t had any issues with this vacuum.

So far this vacuum has exceeded my expectations. We haven;t had it that long yet, thus the 4 star rating. I was looking for a full sized vacuum with the option to turn the beater bar on and off, so that was a plus. I am wondering how long the retractable cord will continue to work, a little concerned it may wear out after plenty of use. It's a little heavier than I had expected, but still doable.

Vacuum works. Suction is wonderful. Love it for the stairs and it's easy to handle. Just vacuum and dump

Great sweeper for a low price. I have 2 long haired Shih Tzus and the attachment easily sweeps the couch.

Biggest selling feature for this was the pet hair brush attachment. It was a huge disappointment; the brush doesn’t have bristles, it has rubber blades, which stop moving once they touch carpet. I imagine it would work better if you have hardwood flooring, but it is pretty useless in my house. The vacuum itself works pretty well on the carpet though and I like the auto retract power cord. We’ll see how that holds up.

You can feel the power this vacuum has when you turn it on. I can truly say, this vacuum "Sucks". It comes with some very useful attachments.

A good vacuum cleaner for picking up dog hair. The suction is very strong and it does a good job. The only complaint is the configuration of the dust bin: it has a tube through the center and makes it less convenient to empty. I've had to stick my hand in and pull out at least some of the stuff when I empty it, every time. It should be a 4.5 rating for that reason. I have a 5 year old, cheaper bagless model of a different brand that's extremely easy to empty and I've never had to stick my hand in the dirt to empty it.

It’s a powerful vacuum machine honestly it’s little bit noisy but still good.
