I have it now for 6 months and it has done its job. So far I happy with this appliance, but the only thing is that it is a bit too loud. However, I love it that is bagless and that makes the difference.

Very pleased with this purchase and it went on sale right after I bought it and Best Buy refunded me the difference

Love Hoovers, but not so much this one

The tools are not user friendly for stairs at all. Some of the attachments come loose while using them. The previous Wind tunnel was awesome. It still cleans the best, which is why I always buy them.

Loud vaccum cleaner

But it's not working as expected on hard floors. Easy to dispose of the collected dust into a dust bin. Make sure you clear the bagless container often else the top filters all get clogged and it'll be a mess to clean it.

It is strong and cleans carpet and hardwoods. It also has several attachments to help get in the hard to reach places and the sofa. It has a long cord and that is very helpful for large rooms and hallways. It also has a motorized brush that can be turned off/on that works with the suction action. If I could add one thing it would be a light. Other than that it is perfect.
