Good vacuum, not great. It's our 2nd one so we were not disappointed in it. For the price it's good, it's got some improvements from our old one, just doesn't have a light but we didn't need it. Shutting the roller off on flat floor is great though.

I'm really impressed. I needed a new vacuum and did not want to waste a lot of money. I took a gamble on this and I'm glad I did. This might be the best vaccum ive ever had. I love the retractable cord. It glides really good on my carpet and love the fact its bagless. 10/10

I like how it lifts all the dirt and dust. The only thing I will not give 5 stars is that is to heavy for me.

Positive thing about this vacuum is it has great suction. More things I don't like than I do like. The dirt gets pushed up around the filter and it is a pain to clean. I think a bigger bowl area would help solve that problem. The lock on the wand does not hold so it keeps coming unlocked and collapsing which is very annoying. I thought the attachment brush looked good, but it really doesn't work very well. I think the crevice tool seems a little cheaply made and I don't like the square end. Very disappointed in this vacuum. I think with a some improvements it would be a good vacuum.

Great vacuum it sucks up dirt well. Love the auto rewind for the cord.

At first I was not very impressed. But some of that was my fault as I did not read the directions. Once I read the directions and set the level of the vacuum cleaner to match my carpet. It works great absolutely love that it has a retractable cord. But definitely recommend.

Good suction and very Light weight. Easy to use. Period

The vacuum works like a charm picking up the cat hair off of the carpet. I have two long hair cats so this was essential that it had strong suction. Emptying out was easy with the bottom drop door right into my trash. It was easy to transition from the carpet to the floor. The retractable cord is a plus.

Brought this vacuum home right out of the box it was excellent it has great cleaning power.I like the retractable cord that you don’t have to wind made by hover has strong Motor the only flaw it’s Henry and a bit bulky but it cleans good.It has a 16 foot attachment for cleaning dealing fans and vents like that.

Easy to use and clean out. I use it on carpet and tile floors.

Vacumm works great and for the price I got a great deal

Have only used one time since purchase, but so far it is a great value at the price. Has strong suction/lift performance - easy hardwood cleaning and strong on carpets - almost too strong - pulls up on carpet hard.

I like it very much. Cleans the floors and rugs with ease. It’s lightweight, not too bulky. Just make sure there is no breeze or fan blowing nearby when you empty the dirt canister. Otherwise, no complaints. All the tools work with onboard reach.

I would say it does it’s job. But we use it quite a bit. It vacuums well but isn’t “heavy duty”. I’ve replaced it with the same one in 4 yrs I’ve having it. Its a good starter vacuum. Would definitely buy the Best Buy warranty with it.

I went to buy a less expensive vacuum but when I got to the store, the less expensive brand looked cheap. This vacuum was catching my attention from the display. I left the store and went home to Google the reviews of other buyers. It got very good reviews so I went back and bought it. So far I love it. I really appreciate the retractable cord feature.

It was easy to use. It worked well on different surfaces.
