Works great on hardwood or carpet. Really easy to use

Windtunnel is great for carpet and hardwood. The rewind cord is a big plus!

This vacuum is wonderful. It picks up everything and it is very versatile. I love it.

Changing to an upright vacuum from a floor model was the best idea I've had in a long time. It's funny to say but it certainly is a "healthier option" for one's physical health when you have low back pain! The ease with which this Hoover WindTunnel 2 moves is terrific. Just what the doctor ordered!!

The best feature on this vacuum is that it gives you an indicator of when it is time to wash the filter. Another nice feature of this vacuum is that you do not have to manually switch when you want to change from using the floor brush to using tools it will automatically switch for you for the suction just by detaching the tool hose. The rewind cord button is a little difficult to use. The suction is sufficient for most things but it is a little underrated for getting pine needles or things that get “burred” into carpet. Overall this vacuum will get the job done And it is a little lighter in weight than some others.

Good basic upright vacuum, Container collects the vacuumed debris, This is a bag less vacuum. This is a larger size vacuum, and not a slim model size.

One screw to put the handle on the main chassis, click on a few attachments, and you are vacuuming. The motor made a few odd noises after running for a few minutes. It seemed to subside but time will tell. Feels like a good machine for the money.

This works well for us with the one exception that it is very heavy compared with our previous vacuum. I like that the brush is able to be turned off since we have one floor that is delicate and the brush would scratch it.

This vacuum cleaner was super easy to assemble and I was able to use it less than 20 minutes after pulling it out of the box. I love my previous vacuum cleaner more, however this one does the job.

It is lightweight and ease of use. Retractable wire is a plus.

Worst vacuum ever. Ridiculously heavy, burdensome and awkward to use. Cord rewind doesn't work. Attachments keep falling off. The hose is short. The canister is difficult to empty. I have nothing positive to say. I'm sorry I didn't read the reviews on other websites, there are multiple complaints.

I like this vaccum because the rewind power cord feature, also the vac hose tools acually work, well i may add. I do not like the hardfloor setting as it works but not well. Great for carpet, especially if you have pets. All in all, it does its job well for a cheaper vac.

I love this vacuum it works so good and is easy to carry

We had another Wind Tunnel for several years and loved it, but we used the heck out of it and it was time to replace it. We are VERY happy with the new vacuum. We have a golden retriever that leaves hair all over and this vacuum picks it up whether it's on the carpet or the floor. Highly recommend!!

Delivery was early, like next day. Love my new Hoover! Does everything I need it to do and it's powerful. My rugs look new because of the power my vacuum has. It does puts out heat but I don't mind because everything else is perfect! Thank you Hoover and Best Buy!
