I have used this vacuum several times and I am happy with the results. It is quieter than my old vacuum but it is pretty heavy to carry up and down stairs. It could benefit from a carrying handle on the lower rear of the upright portion.

We replaced our old vacuum with this one, and while good, there are some challenges. The power button is in an ackward spot, the button to retract the power cord is a little stiff. The vacuum does have good suction, and an extra long cord!

Great vacuum for the price. Only issue is that the cord sometimes can be a pain to roll back up. Suction is very strong on this vacuum.

The cleaner is a little heavy but it lives up to what I wanted and advertised.I don’t mind the heaviness I need the excercise .Hoover is a good brand .Best buy was very convenient for me.Best buy lives up to my expectations.An excellent place to shop for electronics.

Works well, Cleans the floor and has the ability to reach up to corners and tops of pictures. Easy to clean and maneuver. is kind of heavy for carrying up and down stairs as you get older. Have always trusted Hoover Vacuums.

I have another fancy brand vacuum. I have a dog that sheds. Not too bad but with light carpet, it's obvious. The vac never picked up as much as was on the floor. I used this Hoover for the first time. My gawd, it looked like I had the carpet cleaned. I love it! The other vac is in the garage and will stay there.

Other vacums that I have purchased are for limited use,they dont last.This vacuum can actually go that extra mile!

Little heavier than I would like - but excellent pick up power

I replaced my old Dyson and Dirt Devil uprights with this one. It is much quieter and picked up everything on the first pass upon testing. - I bought this one because I wanted to avoid cordless rechargeable models.

Needed to replace our 5 year old bagless vacuum. I wanted something capable of handling multiple surfaces and different lengths of carpet. One use and the amount of dirt and hair it collected was amazing. Big plus is the hand tool which is has a rotating brush - really good for stairs. For the value this is a great vacuum.

I have white carpet and a ton of hair. This vacuum leaves my carpet spotless. Havent tried it on pet hair, but it works great on human hair. It's a little cumbersome on the stairs because my stairs are too small for the vacuum to rest on.

I've had, and enjoyed, this vacuum. It still works perfectly fine, So, with a new vacuum with adjustable height - I went to all about cleaning. I vacuumed the hard wood floors and carpet as well. I was able to pick up more dirt/dust embedded deeper in my carpet. Woohoo!

This is an amazing vacuum does everything and some with complete ease. Gets dust so easily also is able to keep up with my shepherd mix and 2 cats not just that I’m a vet tech so I come home covered in hair and the vacuum cleans my scrubs really well too using the couch tool :)

I do love this vacuum. I use to have a very expensive vacuum after it broke down it seems like the cheaper vacuums are just as good. The only reason I didn't give this a excellent review is because of its weight. It is heavy.

I love these vacuums! They only really last a few years if you have pets. I would rather buy one every 3-4 years than invest $600 (or more) in a Dyson that really only has the same life span. Works excellent. I have 3 Dalmatians and live in a dusty area.

Bought this vacuum because my Dyson was 4 years old and just a wireless stick vacuum. Suction is amazing on this, has multiple levels and also picks up a lot more . For half the price of my Dyson it truly has been getting the Job done

Bought this vacuum for my mother. It is a pretty sturdy and powerful cleaner. The best part is the retractable cord where you don't have to wind the cord up after use. My Mom is very satisfied. She just had a problem in the beginning trying to find how to retract the cord, but once I showed her, it was all good.

I love my vacuum cleaner Epix up everything in place very light and looks very nice I can empties very easily everything about this vacuum cleaner is very wonderful anybody who love to vacuum this is it

Overall easy to use. The tools are accessible. A little difficult to push on carpeting with a high pile but works.

Our old vacuum cleaner gave up the ghost and it was time for a new one. We no longer have carpeting in our house, hardwood & tile flooring now, but we have several area rugs. The vacuum does a great job on the rugs and good suction on the attachment hose/wand to clean up the corners and baseboards and other debris. The vacuum on the hard surface floors is just OK, struggling with any heavier debris, but the hose/wand has no problem. I put it to the test recovering sheetrock and small bits of concrete debris during my recent remodel of my bathroom. I particularly like the retractable cord device and the telescoping wand.
