Seems to be a good vacuum with decent suction. Haven't had it that long but I do use it a lot because I have a dog that sheds.

Vacuum has strong suction. Perfect for our apartment. Easy to empty out. Love the retractable cord to put away with ease!

Goid vacum with diffrent features. The only thing i dislike it the weight its pretty heavy to be carrying up the stairs.

I am very happy with this vacuum! It cleans all the way to the edges and in front. Picks up the pet hair and easily transitions to my kitchen floor from the carpet. It is easy to empty too!

Bought this product to replace a 3yo Bissell vacuum. This vacuum is excellent, although it makes me feel like I have been living in filth with the amount of dog hair and etc it picks up. I use this 2x a week. Product is easy to assemble, all you have to really do is put on the handle with one screw, which is included. The canister attaches fairly easy too. Only real con for me in this item is not very big, just takes a minute to get all the dust and junk out of the wind tunnel canister. Seems that it just gets stuck when emptying into trash.

hard to push over carpet, even with the change for height of carpet

This is a nice vacuum works well, bought a second one so I dont have to carry up and down stairs. Also like that thebcord rolls up internally with the push of a button.

The vacuum seems to do fine job with picking up debri, but the cord does not recoil as expected.

Product is great. Delivered on time however I discovered that the crevice tool was missing and I contacted Hoover customer support. I was amazed that how difficult this very small item became a very big deal 5 plus emails Due to their responses I am concerned that should I have any other issues how they would be handled if this is their standard. I understand that this has nothing to do with Best buy I thought you should be made aware thank you

I didn't think I would care for the wind up cord but it's honestly a great feature. Not too heavy and the attachment can be lengthened to reach high up or underneath things.

Works great. No complaints. Great on hard to Reach places with attachments And for pet hair.

I like this model very much. Easy to empty and moderately easy to clean. I bought this one for downstairs, as my first one stays upstairs. Now, no need to lug up or down.

Mostly works. There is a high pitched whine to it, and the cord has had a problem winding up unless it’s extended most of the way out. Better vacuums exist for the price.
