Seems hit or miss, but my two cases were opened before in-store pickup. Employees blamed the condition of the boxes on the current remodel happening, as items are just getting thrown haphazardly all over the place, apparently. One box had two of the Impreza THs in it, but only had three of the store exclusives. The other had one set of store exclusives and no TH or STH. Glad I can finally come back and leave a review to warn others from making the same mistake.

The case of cars I purchased contained some nice cars and some I had not seen. I purchased these because I used to collect hot wheels.

This item came in a timely manor with zero damages. Great addition to my collection. Very satisfied with my hot wheel collection.

Ordered this and received it in a store in a timely manner. Was perfect for the mail in promo. The box was little scrunched up but it worked for the mail in promo.

It came as advertised. Buy it to ship to your home instead of picking it up at a store to avoid employees opening it.

A few duplicates but pretty much as expected and they are hot wheels so they make great stocking stuffers etc

My hot wheel box was open. And car display damage and the only web took my order charge but then it said not available untill a couple of days later.

Came sealed and as described. All the cards was intact and not bent exclusives was also in the case

Amid some discussions online about preopened boxes and pre searched boxes I was pleased to receive a factory sealed box (times 2) and each box contained the Best Buy exclusive cars as well as a treasure hunt. Only down fall was both boxes were exactly the same so yes I got 2 sets of exclusives and 2 treasure hunts I also received doubles of every single car. Overall, was very pleased to actually find some current hot wheels tho

Heard that many buyer received their boxes re-taped. Happy that I got mine completely sealed.

Unopened case which from what other reviews I read was unusual. some cards were slightly damaged with cracked blisters

The case was not cut opened and resealed like i heard horror stories of. So I was pleased with my purchase.

hot wheels open case I bought open box for the value and the special 4 best buy cars. no treasure hunt or super th, Worth the money got free shipping. I got good cards on the special cars and 3 days to ship, I kept 15 of the cars for my collection the kids play with the rest. Excellent value my best buy did not sell single cards, I thank you and kiddos thank you.

good pack of car for a collector whit exclusive color

This was a second purchase of 2 of the same item. The 1st case was opened & taped by an employee. At least this purchase was left alone. After a complaint to store & called customer service maybe they let all the stores know to leave all the collectible cases in tact. So yes I was very pleased with this purchase this time.
