Hotel Transylvania is a good movie for both kids and adults to enjoy together. Filled with funny and memorable characters, the movie does a good job showing how everyone (both people and monsters) can happily coexist and get along with one another.

This is a wonderful movie with lots of hilarious moments and a good amount of lesson learning for the young ones watching it too. There are enough f a r t jokes for my toddlers and myself to laugh at and overall I have to say it's in my top 25 favorite kid movies of all time. Definitely glad I bought it.

I'm 48, my son is 12, my parents are 70 (mom) and 74 (dad) and we all enjoyed this movie. Not sure why the critics didn't like it. It's funny and warm hearted and the story moves along at a nice pace. And the humor has a nice mix of slapstick yuks for the young ones and smarter humor for the adults (and the young ones who are savvy enough to get them). It's everything you could want in a good family animated movie. Highly recommend.

I was very surprised on how good the movie was. To be honest I didn't expect much from it because of the premise, but it was an unexpected good time. I found myself laughing with the kids most of the time and all the voice actors perform great, even Adam Sandler as Dracula. Overall great film for the whole family!

Every time this movies been on tv I've found myself watching it. So finally I broke down n bought it. Simple story line some subtle humor some outright. I'm not sure what to say if you're a fan of of to look at it but it does cover a lot of ranges. I've enjoyed it though I do wish the blu ray had more offerings.

This was a great movie for the kids and even for the adults. It caught your attention right from the beginning and was non stop fun and laughter until the end. Highly recommend for anyone!! PS..we went and saw the 2nd movie in the Theater and it was awesome too. Can't wait for it to come out on bluray.

I rented, then bought this film...and then I bought the 3D version. It's a whole new experience in 3D...and the 3D imagery is very good. Also, the price was right for purchasing the 3D version...so with all my purchases, too many 3D movies are priced way, way too high, and price does matter!

I really liked the first HT movie, but have to admit I think this one is better. Moves very quickly - snappy dialogue - great characters and plot. I laughed out loud in a few spots - which is highly unusual for me. The 3D isn't much really - just some "depth" - but you don't miss it. I can't imagine anyone not liking this movie. Great for all ages! Thanks, Adam Sandler.

This a a very good movie. Adam did a great job. I understand that a followup is now out. Must see. The digital UV insert shows that it had already expired. But it worked anyway. So don't pass that up. Gave me the 2D and 3D versions at the same time. Almost free after the movie cash. A real Win Win.

As an on and off fan of Adam Sandler, this movie reminds me of why I initially became a fan of his work. There are many great scenes in this movie that are relatable to a variety of viewers, and of course, Adam Sandler delivers the comedic relief one desires from a family/children's focused movie.

While this film doesn't do anything truly new or interesting it is a very solid all around family flick with interesting characters and a just interesting enough location and backstory. From the beginning you can easily tell where it's going but the ride to get their is still worth watching

Saw Hotel Transylvania first on Blu ray disc, I liked it and thought it was just a good movie. Then I watched trailers for it in 3D and it was a vast improvement. So i purchased that version. The movie has a long list of talented voice actors who play their parts well. The story of an over protective parent seeing the errors of his ways is a little thin, but a good movie to watch over & over with the kids.

I watched this movie with my great-granddaughter, and she loved it, I liked it just as much as she did. When I first seen it advertised, I didn't think it was going to be that great of a movie. But to my surprise, it wasn't that bad. It was better than the advertisement for it.

This movie makes monsters seem friendly and harmless. They’re actually more scared of humans who have always hunted and persecuted them so craziness insues when Drac’s daughter falls in love with a human. My daughter is enjoying this series very much.

I had to get the movie as soon as I saw it in bluray because the digital copy was expired before. When the second one came out the digital copy had a new expiration date. So I suggest to get it ASAP. I also suggest to get the second one because it is just as good as the first.

It has a great storyline.Adam Sandler Andy Samberg Kevin James David Selena Gomez and many more.sandler is a vampire and i single dad his daughter Selena Gomez is his daughter who falls in love with human Jonathan played by Andy samberg.its a really funny cartoon.i give it two thumbs up

This is a cute movie. I liked it the first time I watched it. My kids watch it over and over. They love it. I tend to get tired of watching the same movie over and over, but they never seem to get bored. My oldest is 12 and my youngest is 8. They can't seem to get enough of this great movie!

This is an enchanting movie which the whole family can enjoy watching sitting at home, munching on the microwaved popcorn! This is a story about fatherly love and a daughter's desire for independence and teenage angst. A tale that everyone can relate to!

Excellent movie for kids. Kept everyone entertained during it and it was a great way to show a lighter side to the "scary monsters" that are out there. Kept everyone laughing and the voices they used (Adam Sandler, Kevin James, etc..) were perfect fits for the movie.

Funny and very entertaining!! The story about Dracula played an overprotected father. He and his daughter met a human boy who was attracted to the daughter.Lots of humor and warm hearted moments..My family loved it and would watch it again and again!!
