just meh...wanted it to be better, considering how much my kid loves this and the sequel...there are some funny moments, but in the end you're left with a feeling of meh....

My daughter loves this movie, so I decided to buy it for her. Bought this movie from Best Buy online. Websites states it “includes a digital copy”. The only problem was that there was no digital copy, just the dvd.

I love this movie but there is no digital copy. I was really looking forward to that.

Said it contained a digital copy, but it did not! That was the whole reason I bought this.

Unfortunately, the disk was defective. Four times it froze and we had to stop everything to correct it. We were watching the movie at night so it made fixing it more challenging.

Pop saw this movie in theaters and loved it so much we bought immediately when it came out.

This is one of those movies that you watch and you just can't help but come out smiling afterwards about. It's so funny and it really gets you feeling happy. It's 7 years after first movie, Jonathan and Mavis get married, have a baby boy, Dennis, who grandpa Count Dracula desperately wants to be a half vampire. The Count tries all sorts of things to bring this side out. The characters are just fantastic, especially Count Dracula, Jonothan and Mavis. You also get a chance to see more of the Count's creepily funny friends, like Griffin, Frankenstein and Wayne in this movie. Love them and they really make you smile. Can't forget Blobby, the green jelly mold. The humans had a great side and the little boy Dennis was ever so cute. The vampire camp and tower scene is just without doubt very cool to see. It's got only a few scary moments with eyes and teeth coming at the screen which might scare little ones. Loved the tender fun father-daughter times. I just can't recommend this movie enough...it is funny, and great for the whole family to see!!

The best of all 3 movies is this one,really funny and heart warming.

It seems we are always buying animated films for the kids. We don't complain however, because unlike the junk on the Disney Channel most of these animated films are just down to earth comedies. Usually they have a learning moment for the kids which reinforce good values. But are funny, charming and we don't have to worry about the content. Not the biggest Adam Sandler fan, normally we don't let kids watch his flicks, but this movie is simply adorable. The dude from SNL is hilarious especially.

We thought it was well done. We had only seen snippets of it in the store while it was playing, but my wife had decided we HAD to have this movie so we bought it. Not bad at all. I actually enjoyed it, too (we're both 50+ and have dozens of Pixar-type movies). I think it works best with Blu-ray and a big screen -9 a smaller screen doesn't do the sound quality justice. While the plot was predictable, then ending was NOT. Buy this movie if you're into animations - you won't be disappointed.

We loved this movie, and there is nothing better than being able to watch a movie like this at home on a good home theater with 3D! I have to say that animated movies are giving normal movies a run for their money! I have enjoyed a lot of the animated movies that have been released lately! I can't say anything bad about the movie, Adam sandler did a great job with the voice and the story board was good! It's must have for all families with kids and without! Enjoy!

I caught this movie on tv while back. My 4 year old girl fell in love with it instantly. I have to admit she loves how cute the bats are and laughs at silly monsters. I was amazed when I realized who dracula was and even happy to see who didnt do any vulger adult only jokes....And 2 is just as good!

This movie was better than what I thought, is actually a good family movie. The 3D effects are very good and enjoyable. This movie is not scary of any kind so is apt able for children and is pretty funny too. I'll recommended.

I'm not a big fan of Adam Sandler, but I found his character in this film one of his better moments since "50 Fist Dates". None of the characters are menacing, so small children can watch it. And the broad based humor will have some appeal to a wide variety of individuals.
