A complete waste of money shipped from Ventura CA. I should’ve bought the Ninebot Max.

Not a $400+ product since it includes cheap components like this charger. Not worth the $100+ BestBuy warranty plan because you can buy 4-5 extra chargers for this scooter at the Extended warranty price. Scooter seems ok and works, but without the charger you are stuck waiting for a replacement and your kid can get stranded. Think about that! :(

Opened it Christmas morning. It worked for about 60 seconds, then just showed a throttle error code. Returned it and the replacement unit that was sent to me didn't work at all. It wouldn't even turn on. That's when I gave up and just got my money back. Totally disappointed.

We took it back to the store and they gave us another one. A week later on the second scooter the led lights failed and the battery was full and 30 minutes later it only had one bar.
