They really enjoyed this, as well as my husband! We were iced in due to an ice storm. My vehicle was stuck in the garage as our driveway was iced over. We needed something from the store, my husband attempted to ride the scooter there. He didn't make it : ) but it was well worth the try!!

Ride smooth, the electric brake is a nice touch, the throttle has the right amount of sensitivity. All in all, it seems like it was a good purchase. The most difficulty we've had with it was finding where the AC adapter plugs-in to tge scooter to charge.

Stopped working in 2 months

Even then I only used it 2 x per week at max. The speed is good however from the start it was not smooth and made a lot of noise. I honestly thought a part was missing. I will not trust this company. I’d rather put more money and buy a more reliable machine.

It works fine for two months then after that it doesn't charge at all. Hover 1 has the worst customer service in that there is no customer service. All contact is thru email which takes weeks for a response. I bought two of these scooters for Christmas and they both went bad. Hover 1 won't acknowledge that it's defect and still sells this crap. Don't Buy.
