Had higher expectations. It tremendously slows down in baby hills that shouldn’t have struggles going through. It gets the job done though.

It’s a fun scooter, but riding over any bumps makes a rattle nice since the neck folds and doesn’t have a gasket to dampen that noise.

It did really good for 2 weeks then just quit! Was riding then just E8 and done never turned on again and said fully charged?

Acceleration broke after about a month, probably due to bumpy roads but could have been assembled better.

Only lasted 2 months. It stopped charging and even though we had the 2 yr protection plan from best buy on it, they did not have anymore instock and could not give is a new one. So best buy only refunded me the prive of the bike and basically i paid $70 protection plan for them to keep. Stay away. Not worth it!

We bought two of these one in store one online the one we got in-store the charger is already not working it just flashes red and green kick stand is almost coming off the one we got online and shipped to the house the handle bars are lose and don't fit right kick stand fell off grip tape on both scooters is peeling up

My son loves this. He rides it everyday. We purchased a different one at first, but I didn’t check the weight limit. This scooter has a weight limit that allows my husband to ride it. We will be purchasing more in the future!!

Bought if for my daughter but it was too big... then I bought another of her size and we kept both because it was awesome to ride with her on a electric scooter. She loves when we join her on this walks around.

Simple budget scooter that can propel heavier people...still this scooter will slow down going up a incline, and head wind.(max speed i was able to attain was 14 mph) I am am 250lbs. Love the simple lcd screen.

The threads on their hand grip wore down after using it for five days plus going uphill speeds were 3 mph

Not the best quality scooter. Has hard wheels - so the ride is TOUGH. OK for the price.

I bought this on black Friday and it's the best scooter for the price. I weigh 250 lbs and it holds me good while I chase the ice cream truck.

Good for the price, had problems with the first one but returned it and next one was great.

Had to return it.the following day due to lack of parts

only issue i have is that the wheels are only 6.5in , i thought they were at least 8in. Other than that, it has a smoothe ride, and handles inclines very well.

Bought this scooter as a Christmas gift and no regrets. All the info for the scooter was on point and my wife is able to ride the scooter with no problem.

Good product just not as fast as described.Only reaches 7 mph.

Worked well for about 2 weeks. Without any accidents, the scooter handlebars lost about half of it's turning radius, making it useless. It's stuck when I try to turn it to the right. I reached out to Hover-1 and they did not get back to me for 2 months. When they did, it was only to send me an email with instructions on how to align the wheel. In other words, worthless. I went to BestBuy and they told me that the manufacturer didn't give them any help so they could not help me. I went back to Hover-1 and they told me I was past the 90 day warranty and couldn't help me. The was a rather expensive Christmas gift and the whole experience is rather disappointing. Hard to trust BestBuy when they don't stand behind the products they sell.

Got it on black friday. My kids love it so far. It has hard tires so makes it bumpy but its better then getting a flat tire on the way.
