It was definitely not worth the price that I paid. I had to return it. The build quality was poor. Everything about it felt poor. I compared it to the Mi Scooter Essentials, and the Mi does everything better and it's almost the same price.

I bought for my son's 10th birth day. He loved that. So nice and elegant. Easy to setup. Not checked yet for long ride.

This is an excellent product. The only drawback is that going up hills is hard for this scooter.

This scooter is horrible. Returned the first one within the 15 day return window. The second one broke down 20 days after getting it home. Since that is outside the return window currently waiting to here back from the Manufacturer. Both scooters stop working while my son was riding them. They both had 3 battery bars left when all of a sudden they just shut off. When he returned home we tried plugging them into the charger and the charger light stayed green and the scooter never charged. This is very frustrating.

Fun to have and weight limit is almost for everyone! This is a great buy for the price. Foldable is good option.

The scooter isn’t the very best but it’s amazing for its price. It rides a very bumpy on roads though.

Handle got loose and seems such a coincidence that it happened 2 days after the return expired. Called to store to see if I could exchange it. They said “No!” Maybe if I crazy glue it back on it will work!

Good、Not bad, but the standing is not very comfortable, the battery is OK, on the whole, it is OK.

My son got this for Christmas. He was finally able to get out and use it. Now it will not charge and since I purchased at Christmas I can no long exchange it.

Best Scooter, i love it. Battery is best i use for 2 days each days i ride 7 miles.

It worked well for some time and within a week the battery isn’t working fully. It charges to 3 bars and fulls pretty quickly within 10min. The stand lose off even after tightening the screws.

We have the scooter since Christmas. It sat in the garage until last week when I went back on campus. Took it to class this week...worked great. Battery died on my way back. Charged it over night...still dead. Contacted customer service at Hover-1...and their response was your scooter is out of the warranty period. We do not provide service for out of warranty scooters. So now I have $200 paper weight. Do not buy this scooter.

Great scooter for the price. I use it to get to work everyday.

Sadly this is junk. Won't take a charge and just flashes error after 6 months. Contacted the company for support and they said "good luck."

Excellent means of recreation around with friends in the neighborhood.
