    I purchased this product on May 25th and received it on May 28th which wasn't bad. It road nicely, with the exception of being able to feel every bump or rumble in the road. A little over two months later it just stopped working. Best Buy doesn't want to allow me to do any returns and the Hover-1 company will only allow you to contact them via ticket. There is NO phone number to reach them so hopefully they respond before the 90 day factory warranty is up! At this point, I am very unhappy with this purchase!

    Do not buy! I have had the scooter for less than three months and it will no longer power on. Complete waste of money.
