Horrible product w Extremely poor BestBuysupport

Then we got a replacement thinking it was just that piece which broke in less than a month. I am stuck with it and Best Buy really doesn't care that they sell such an un reliable product and did nothing to help me get a refund. Highly disappointed both with the scooter and Best Buy customer support and management .

Extremely Disappointed

It road nicely, with the exception of being able to feel every bump or rumble in the road. A little over two months later it just stopped working. Best Buy doesn't want to allow me to do any returns and the Hover-1 company will only allow you to contact them via ticket. There is NO phone number to reach them so hopefully they respond before the 90 day factory warranty is up! At this point, I am very unhappy with this purchase!
