My grandkids loves them. I bought 2. I think I need 1 also.

Purchased as a birthday gift so it has not been used but a few times since the weather warmed up. Tonight the screen flashed something and went dead and now won't power on at all. Can't find a fuse or combination of buttons to perform a reset so we have to file a warranty claim and hope they replace it.

I wish it had a light, but for the price it works great!

Just over 6 months after buying this and the wheel started locking up and not turning causing a wreck. Support was HORRIBLE and said it’s past 90 days so your out of luck and said the only option was to buy the parts and do myself but wait… they don’t offer parts for this model!! So upset at the wasted money and the lack of concern and help from the company. I have bought many items from Hover1 but never again!

So much fun, great to ride around the neighborhood!

Not the best. Ok on flat and short trips. Extremely bumpy. Received unit on Dec 16, charging port failed by mid January. Wouldn’t buy again.

Ive already returned this scooter. It stopped working on the second ride. Even when it did work, it didn't go as fast or for as long as advertised. I think the issue is the lack of suspension, the scooter takes the full blunt force of every crack or rock you drive over and it just knocked something loose inside. Overall its cheaply made and id recommend looking into a different brand if your interested in this scooter.

This scooter does not come close to its claims. I'm 175lb and it could not get over 10mph on flat street. It could not move period going up my street with an incline. It stalled out and sent me rolling backwards. Run from this piece of junk! Get what you pay for... I bought two. Didn't even bother opening the second and returning both.

Broke within 45 days, just after return and warranty. Hover-1 refuses to either answer or be helpful at all. Honestly just terrible quality control. I would not recommend this for a child or adult. I'm in my mid-20's, I didn't use this thing recklessly or in any unusual way, it just had so many issues so quickly. Invest in a good Segway or Unagi scooter.

Trash electric product. Battery is small,no fast,no power for ride

The scooter felt cheaply made, hence the price. It did not feel sturdy when driving.

I was really disappointed with the this product!!!! After 2 weeks!! It doesn't work anymore!! Even d customer service!!! Im politely asking help or even trying to give all info to them to assist me!! But no help at all!! I am an best buy member!!! And i always purchase but really this is really frustrating and very disappointed!!

Bought 2 scooters for Christmas for my teenage daughters. They ride them maybe once per week, if that. Now its 4 months later, one died while riding it. Very disappointing it only comes with a 90 day warranty! It sat in the box from October to Decemeber so the warranty was almost over before they opened the box! WASTE OF MONEY!

I bought the hover-1 gambit electric scooter for my son's birthday. He rode it for a total of 4 hours in a month. And then it broke and would not turn on. I went back to best buy and they said nothing is covered because I didn't buy the extended warranty. They do NOT stand behind the products they sell!

Last only 5 months and can charge but it won’t turn on try everything and waste money and time to fix it. Don’t buy it. Now I need way to find cheap place to fix it

Not stable, it does not feel safe to drive in an urban area.

Terrible quality. I’ve had it for 4 months and rode it 4 times and it’s now completely dead. It won’t turn on, battery won’t charge, and their warranty is only 90 days. Even when it worked, it was slow and you could feel every vibration and bump. Don’t buy.
