Bought two of these this past Christmas 2020 for each of my children. Six months later with minimal use only one is still working .I was surprised that the manufacturer warranty was only 90 days based on the cost of the hoverboard. At Christmas 2020 this was the most expensive hoverboard and carried the most weight which made me believe my young kids weren’t anywhere near the weight max. I believe that if the manufacturer was producing a quality hoverboard they would offer at least a one year warranty. I’ll do my research next time and buy the hoverboard based on the warranty and not the cost.

This hover board has not lasted the test of time. It broke within the first few days, we got it working again, but it quickly broke, stalls, skips around in a circle, and is not safe nor consistent for my daughter to ride . Need to return to company or Best Buy to fix or replace it. I do not want the same hover board again..

this is cool but it has to be road on perfect concrete if you dont have flat concrete close to you i would not recommend this any crack or rock you will fall its worse then skateboard wheels

A very nice looking Hoover board. My son enjoyed it. But after one week from purchasing it the lights stopped working and he could not calibrate the board. I returned it.

Clearance is too low, so the bottom is getting scratched all the time, Bluetooth keep getting disconnected. Can't turn off the lights, only switch between different options

Out of the box, the unit looked nice and had a neat little app that was supposed to sync. The Bluetooth range is limited to maybe 10’. My son ran through a small puddle of water within 5 minutes after charging and putting it outside and it ruined the unit. I’m not talking a lot of water here, less than 1cm deep. Very disappointing; returned the next day.

The thing would only stay charged about 15 minutes. Pitiful

Purchased this board and have had it for 7 weeks. We purchased it 2 weeks prior to her birthday because of Covid so she only had it open for 4 weeks. It now does not turn on. It sometimes will turn on without the lights if we are lucky. We tried recalibrating it and that did not work. Its only used inside the house and is in excellent condition. I called customer service and they basically said "sorry we can't do anything for you". So we just threw away $250! If you purchase from here and something breaks down - they will not do anything if it is not in the 15 day window. Beware.

Honestly read this review because this is serious sis. I brought this hoverboard because it’s cute and I saw all the features and it seemed good . When I first stated riding it , the scooter seemed to do good for the most part . Downloading the app and getting to know all the good things it brings everything falls on the percentage of the battery. How you gonna charge this scooter for 3 hours and literally have 1 hour of play time ? At first it was at 82% just in 10 minutes it was 25% like that’s just not it and I regret buying it soo much . It literally broke my heart thinking I was gonna have a such good time with it but it dies so quick and it’s worth the time and money.

Not worth your money. Buy the extended warranty because you will need it to get your money back.

My kids love the hover board. Just the appearance of the iridescent look doesn’t last. Just get the black one.

This was a Xmas purchase the software and connectivity to adjust the speed for there safety is at this point “JUNK” I am hopeful that at some point the company would assist me but as of yet no response. I will continue to await assistance and if it does no come I will return this product. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRUDUCT
