Broke the very first use

Purchased for Christmas, use was delayed due to COVID, very first time we used it within 5 mins it turned off and is completely unresponsive. Tried to return at store and online but missed the 14 day return window by 1 day. I always purchased at Best Buy. Will never do so again.

This company is TERRIBLE and does not help when you have problems and they try to frustrate you to the point of giving up so they don't have to stand behind the giant piece of garbage products that they make and sell for WAY TOO MUCH MONEY!
