    Purchased this scooter for my sons birthday about 8 months before i ran into an issue. The charger stopped working and thinking sonce i am a totaltech member my purchase was covered i went into my local store and they said sorry your membership does not give you support for this product. Go deal with the manufacturer… the manufacturer told me they are sold out of the replacement charger. With no advice on recourse.

    Junk doesn’t even last 2 miles when battery is about to die goes 12 miles only and doesn’t charge all the way

    this scooter is not safe. My son had an accident because the bolts came off the scooter and he lost control. I went to Best Buy to return it and they told me I couldn't because it was beaten, of course it was beaten if my son had the accident. It was only 3 weeks after I bought it
