Love it perfect for me and my son last about 35 minutes charge 20 miles

This Hover-1 Highlander foldable Scooter is fun! It is easy to put together needing only to unfold and secure the bar then attach the 2 handlebars. The most difficult for me was getting it out of the box as it weighs nearly 40lbs. I charged it up and was ready to go after reading the instruction booklet. The booklet has a lot of important information including “must” do’s and “never” do’s. This should be read before first use. There is a 264lb weight limit so I would think it would be good for teens and adults. As for the riding, I took the advice of the booklet and scooted around by foot push before using the motor. That allowed me to get used to the feel of it. Riding it?? So fun!! It can go up to 15mph with its 3 speeds and has charge enough for about 9 miles at the lowest speed. For me, it rode very bumpy with its solid tires, on every surface I tried, but I still enjoy it very much! I could easily read the LED display placed between the 2 handle bars which shows mph, speed mode & charge. There is a small headlight but no tail light and so should not to be ridden at night. Nice to own a Scooter instead of paying to use someone else’s, although I don’t really know how to secure it anywhere. But that’s me. I would very much recommend this as a fun economical e-scooter.

Not a very good design, power down while riding at full charged

Setup of the scooter was easy and striaght forward. That was nice. Takes about 3 hours for a full charge. They claim about 9 miles range on a charge. Scooter itself is around 30 to 40lbs so its heavier then you'd expect but that is nice as it feels well built and designed to be used and folds up if you want to take it on vacation. It has a 250W motor and they say they support a rider up to 264lbs. So it can carry a wide range. Obviously if you weigh closer to the max you won't get the max speed of 15mph, but it will still go. Tested it (I'm at the Max) and didn't hit the speed, but my teens got on and were giving me a heartattack. (Helmet definitely recommended). They had a lot of fun and were happy they didn't have to push this thing up our hill. Its a great little device and I find it will come in handy to get the mail about a 1/4 mile from the house. Overall its a fun little zoom zoom that the kids look forward to riding in the spring when the weather is better to be outside. Highly recommended, but get helmets, at least for the sake of the parents heart.

Worked for 2 weeks and I got an “E0” error message. Doesn’t work anymore. No way to reset it. Didn’t ride it in rain, rough terrain, or anything of the sort. Just flat concrete and it’s already done for.

There is a huge delay between pressing the throttle or brake and feeling the response. The throttle also occasionally gets completely digitally stuck where the scooter will be stuck at full throttle until it is shut down.

Do not buy. Scooter failed 93 days out of warranty and company will not provide replacement. I bought this for my son for his 12th birthday and he is absolutely distraught. Buy nice or buy twice!

Error 1 & 2 Code within 90 days. Asked Best buy to take care of the return and rebuy. They said they cover it for 15 Days and I need to go take care of it with the manufacturer. What a Joke Bestbuy.

At first it was awesome, especially for the price; the Bluetooth feature was new and cool. But within a week it wouldn't reach max speed and by the 3 week it stopped working altogether.

Worst investment. Two weeks after I got it in I had to replace it. 2 months later that replacement stopped working as well and now I’m left with nothing. Do not buy this item.

The scooter was used twice and it won’t charge. Owned it less than a month. Contacted company’s help ticket platform and no response.

This product came in defective. The display screen would not turn on. Do not buy this product.

Makes nose load squeaking tight every bolt just rattles is annoying
