Stopped working after 3 months

After only 3 months, the scooter would no longer move forward on a complete charge. Best buy doesn't offer a warranty and the manufacturer refuses to diagnose it to see that's wrong. I would never recommend this product again. What a waste of $300. Highly upset!

Dont buy please save your time
