Kids like the scooter so much I bought two of them

I actually have owned two of these. The first one the tire popped on the first day riding it along normal trails. Bestbuy was able to replace it no issue. The second one had a similar fate but a few weeks maybe a month later. The cruise controll if you set at 14 it slows to keep you at 11. When the second came in bolts were out of position and screws werent fitting where they should. Maybe I got unlucky and happened to receive two poor quality but overall not pleased.

Really fun scooter. I’m a first timer to these electric scooters so I went with something affordable. For $300 I felt like a kid again riding this around my neighborhood. It’s too bad I took a fall on it and broke it :(

I brought it home and charged it. Used it for a few miles (rode it to my dads and back for dinner.) Charged it back up and tried to ride two days later. 30 feet down my driveway and it turned off. Would not turn back on. Put back on charger, light went green 5 minutes later because it was fully charged. It turned on and I tried to ride it. In under 10 minutes, it turned off 4 more times. It would come back on after a minute or two, but I'm not dealing with that from a $400 scooter. It went back to BB tonight. It was cool when it worked.

Bought this for my 13 year old and it’s a prized possession, continuously used. It’s stable, easy to control and powerful enough to climb hills with brakes good enough to descend carefully. It strains on an incline with my 210lbs but for a teen it’s ideal.

I bought a scooter at a Best Buy near my location and within the first day. The battery would not start and would not hold a charge. They gave me another scooter and it had the same issue 20 days later. I wanted to get my money back but the store can only give me in-store credit and asked me to buy a different brand scooter. The manager refused to transfer my 2-year Geek Squad warranty to the third scooter. I felt very disrespected at the store Portland, Oregon Cascade Station

This is a great scooter, had it for over a year with no issues, except the battery life has dropped a noticeable amount. We did use the scooter all the time so the battery drop in performance was expected

its a fun ride goes not too fast but wont go up hills .

It runs out of battery life super quick. Mine only lasts around 3 miles when it is fully charged. It’s super fun but I wish a full battery would last around 16 miles as advertised. The max speed also varies and the coast feature can be a nuisance when it beeps and holds even when you are trying to avoid the coast feature altogether.

I got this for my son, he is 22 and has been begging for one to ride in the neighborhood. He has autism and wanted something fun to do during the Corona isolation so this is great for him to get fresh air My son is 206 lbs he was not able to go to hills from day 1. This scooter sucks it was cutting off on its own for awhile when it wanted to. We charged all night. We charged 2nd day and unplugged just to see if it was a glitch and it had 2 bars left. Something is wrong with this. Won’t be getting the same I’ll look for a better brand. I don’t mind paying for quality

At first this was a great purchase. I got it on sale and the reviews were decent. Three months later and a total of 6 rides and the front wheel is loose and I can’t figure out how to repair or tighten. It actually caused an accident bc the wheel turned (while on a straight smooth path) and the rider fell at 10 mph. I reached out to customer service via email. The have NO phone or social media! Its been two weeks and no response after two emails. So disappointed and discouraged that they can do this. BTW the warranty is 90 days. What does that say about the confidence they have in their products???

Nice scooter. This is a very good way for my kid to meet with friends and have a good time. It is a very reliable form of transportation to short distance

Wow. Where do I start? Expensive. Best Buy guy at pick up warned me it’ll break and good luck. Worked three days and died. Terrible / non existent customer care?..... Destroyed my daughters birthday!! And, the replacement I bought wouldn’t work out of the box so I have 2 that suck and I have to return. Third one should be free!

I lot of FUN!!!! Every time I use it, I enjoy it very MUCH. NOT super fast the max I have gone is 15 Miles per hour. I like it a lot

I just got this cheap scooter thinking it was going to work n on the 2nd day i already got a flat on my tire now i have to spend more money to fix it i dnt recommend anyone to get rhis its not worth the price 

Great toy, my 7 year old love to ride it and so does my husband. So far is great. Easy set up. The only thing is really heavy other than that is great

Bought 2 to go riding on the canal. Great power and stability. Cant go wrong with the price. Will carry a 200lb person with ease

It’s a little better than the rally but blew a tire when I hit a bump

This bike's tires are the worst. I had replaced 3 times already and its difficult to do so. Please don't buy this item as the tires are very hard to replace and they are poor quality. I wish they had the tubeless or hard tires then it would have been better.
