I think It’s a safety feature from keeping the motor from overheating because of my weight I bought 2 one for my girlfriend and the scooter never cuts out on her! We’ve switched scooters and same thing happened so I imagine It’s my weight ! I still love it.When it cuts out I just let it sit for 5 minutes then it’s good to go!

Scooter strange startup but great nonetheless!

First starts in km/hr mode and switches to mph mode, strange too. Should put that into in the quick start guide. Like the scooter regardless. Like the 3 different speed modes! Previous model only has 2 speed modes.
