Only complaint is the horrible range. Box says up to 3 miles, but in real world where hills and valleys exist, we got about half a mile. That’s horrible. If the range had been double, which means 1 mile real world, we would probably consider keeping it.

Don't buy the scooter!

Now every time my son tries to ride a scooter, it gives an error message E2 and the speed handle doesn't work. I went to Best Buy to try to either return or exchange the scooter but because that particular model has been discontinued, they were unable to do anything. I have sent an email to Hover-1's technical support and have not received any responses yet as of this afternoon. This scooter is a piece of crap. My suggestion would be never buy this scooter.

I bought one for both my sons and they both had different issues. I returned it and they sent me another one broken in the box.Best Buy should stop selling this product.

The manufacture's don't even stand behind their products. The display has gone completely out in the only had 2 months it's been unboxed, and the manufacture refuses to repair this faulty scooter or replace. Buyer beware, this device isn't made well and the manufactures only want your money. Check the number of 1 star reviews on Amazon and here before purchasing.
