Great fast e-scooter - just a bit hard when rolling over things

First one tanked immediately out of the box. Best buy was great for exchanging the item. Second item worked great but had broken parts on the box. Not bothering to return, it didn't affect performance. Recommend Best Buy sell another brand that's more durable.

Good for a lil ride to work n stuff 6 miles battery fine

I bought a couple of these scooters for my kids but they got tired of them real quick. The range was too short per charge and my kids are both under 100lbs. Real world run was 3 miles at 12 mph. Their nice maybe for a loop around a short state park.

I am truly happy with my purchase. This is my first eletric scooter. I like every feature it comes with. For an entry scooter, it was affordable with all the right bells and whistles. Highly recommend getting one!

This scooter was great for 3months. Unfortunately my child hit the uneven sidewalk and it would not engage. Just made awful clicking sound. Not able to replace due to no stock :(

Thanks Guys.. I used to have the bigger but still foldable Hover 1 with the seat on it.. I gave it to my nieces.. but.. I Loved it sooooo much I just had to get this one 2...

not really thrilled about this one, the ride is rough and the battery life sucks, perhaps it was just the one i purchased, but i have 2 other hover-1 scooters that are amazing in comparison.

Bought this for my son to use at college, he used it to get around campus for a few weeks then it completely stopped working. Bestbuy wouldn't do anything about it and was completely useless when he took it back for help. They told him to contact the manufacturer which we are in the middle dealing with but nothing has been resolved and we have a dead scooter.

First couple of weeks works well after that getting clicking noise from rear-wheel but my son still loves it since I bought it for him on his good school work and grade.

I weigh around 240 and use it at work. Everyone loves it. Mostly used indoors. Throttle and front electric brake, takes time to get used to. When I suffer from gout I use it more often.

Awesome scooter. all of my kids loved it. and now it's hard to get them out of it. good idea for the difficult COVID times and the fact that there aren't many places to go and have fun

This scooter was great, while the battery lasted. Now I can't even get half a mile without it going from full batter to dead. So bummed.

It was worth the money I still have it and I love riding it even know I got a better one now but good for a entry level

Honestly I really liked the scooter. But there was one bad thing about it the breaks. They aren’t that safe. The breaks work horrible. You couldn’t stop pretty quick it took some time.

I bought it to get between my house and the metro station. There is no way it goes 12 mph - the indicator stays fixed on "3", which may or may not be the speed but it is very slow and needs a foot assist to get up even very small hills. But I like that it folds. You get what you pay for.

We got the scooter for my son to use at college as you need a bike or scooter. He loves it and everything has worked great so far! Great price for the value too.

Bought this for my nephew and he loves it. His friends love coming over and riding it around the neighborhood too. Great scooter for the money!

Pretty good scooter. Good speed changes. Odometer, lighting for not use. If you can get this at lower than $300, it's a really good deal.

I bought this scooter for my nephew as birthday gift, he is 11. He rides it everyday in the neighborhood. It charges and works fine. Sturdy and nice.
