Disappointing item

Throttle didn't work

Headlight worked. Electric brake even seemed to work. Tried to get it to go a million different ways, but the motor never turned on, no matter how much throttle I gave it or how I started it (user must "kick" off ground to get it going). Emailed hover-1 and they told me to return it. I was sooo disappointed. I thought about exchanging it, but store didn't have any in stock and I wasn't feeling too good about the quality. I love the specs on this. I don't need much range. It's light weight and has a bright headlight. Oh well. I think I'll stick to human-powered 2 wheelers for now.
