The scooter was extremely fun, it is also very fast

I ordered 3 of these scooters for 3 of my grandchildren. The speedometer on 2 of the scooters had been broken off in transit. 1 of the scooters could not be charged. It was not a defective charger as I swapped one of the other chargers.

Battery dies very quickly after about a ten minute ride goes down to two bars after being fully charged wouldn’t recommend this scooter at all

I bought one with the warranty. The first one stopped charging. the second one on warranty just stopped working. Neither reached maximum speed and only lasted maybe 2 miles.

I have been through 3 of these since December. Terrible product the last one I got wasn't even put together properly which resulted in my son crashing. And I get the protection plan but you have to buy a new protection plan every time you bring the junk scooter back not happy with the product and not really happy with Bestbuy either! And now the 3rd and last one like I said was not put together right so it is crashed I'm going to try to take it back will see what Best Buy does hopefully they make it right.

I’m not able to review the item because it was 2 weeks late on delivery. Due to this delay, my child was unable to open it on Dec. 25th.

It was good until it stop working, scooter won’t turn on no matter what. Submit a ticket with hover 3 days ago and no response yet.

I was charged 215 and some change for an open box scooter and apart from that it was broken! When i rode it it was making a weird sound (loose internals), and is not charging right. I will never buy something from best buy again due to such thievery. Shady business practices from such a place its not even funny.

The scooter runs out of charge in 10 minutes!! Would not recommend at all!! Save your money

Battery dies faster after regular use, parts fall off as well.

I’m really upset I got this one because of the light feature and the light doesn’t work.

It stopped working after 15 days. Not great at all. No proper warranty or repair plan

Was so excited to get this. Opened it, assembled, plugged in, and green light is on.... Supposed to be red, waited 24 hours, charge port issue seems to be common in this model. Will be returning and trying the same model, but an overall poor experience from what could have been great. Very upsetting.

Bought this and it lasted 2 weeks. My son used it a total of 4 days and did not abuse it. The scooter will not turn on at all. Read mixed reviews on this, and should have listened.

Bought this scooter for my daughter, after the initial charge ran out it wouldn’t charge up or turn on again. I don’t have the original box anymore and was told I couldn’t return it without the box. Very disappointed in this quality as well as the customer service!

My lcd screen was broke . Look like a manufacturer default.. not a best buy issue.. idk i wanted to like it. I returned it and now im second guessing getting another from them

Does not maintain speed going up a slight hill or on pavement. Cannot turn on light without it switching off completely.
