Cheap straps

Her last time she was entering the driveway when the straps came loose making her fall off the attachment. Thankfully she did not get hurt but the straps do not hold or stick anymore so I’ll need to replaced the straps.

You must hold the handle precisely in the right spot to keep it from moving. Once on it the kids loved it, but you cannot turn the hover board on or off from the seated position to get off of it safely. Both of my kids are 7 so maybe when they are old enough to jump off

Just opened them to assemble for spring and one of the raptors is missing the "Right Handlebar assembly". Since 90 days has passed we are told we cannot return. Have been trying to contact Hover-1 with no luck. Contacted Best Buy twice and they tried to contact Hover-1 with same results. No help from Best Buy or Hover-1. Enter a support ticket on Hover-1 and received a Notice "Due to current operating conditions, there will be a delay in response time". Ridiculous the you cannot talk to a human. Thing is worthless without the part!! If you buy this, open it right away!
