I love this movie I can watch it over and over again I love that it is on Blu-ray and I have recently upgraded it to 4K as well must see for all ages the packaging was perfect no cracks or scratches on the desk

This is one of the few sequels that is as good as the original. If you are a fan of How to Train Your Dragon, you will not be disappointed with #2. Great graphics, lots of action, new characters, good story. My whole family enjoyed it and the kids keep watching it over and over.

To many movie sequels make you feel like "I paid good money to watch this and what have they done to a great story line?" Not this movie. How To Train Your Dragon 2, in my opinion, was better than the first (and the first was dang good). Definitely a movie that will be enjoyed by everyone.

I love dragon movies. This one is a little more detailed than the first one. More action and special effects. The has learned how to really fly and maneuver as well. A must have dvd.

Dreamsworks has come a long way in their production qualities. The movie is wonderful....good story, script and excellent visual qualities. Pixar once had the obvious lead in terms of graphic quality, but Dreamworks has done an incredible job in this series. Highly recommend this movie.

Great story with lessons to be learned. There is an emotional ride of love, anger, frustration, and forgiveness attached to adventure, bravery, discovery and final victory. Dragons 1 is my all-time favorite with Dragons 2 right behind it. May be a little scary for the very young.

The DVD is a great Christmas gift for a child because of the length of time it will occupie them & the number of times it will be reused, the cloth poster is versitile, it will be hung on the wall or carried around and played with. Both items are something my daughter will really enjoy.

Sequel's usually aren't worth the DVD they are printed on, but this one was really fun! It follows directly after the plot of the original movie with decent humor and a new storyline. I will say that nothing can beat the original, but it was a good attempt. The 3D is of course awesome.

bought this movie for my grandsons who were coming over this night. they loved it and for me it was peaceful too as they were so engrossed in the movie. i would recommend this movie to all. it doesn't matter if you haven't watched the first one too, as the story line is easy to follow.

This is the movie I was most excited for in 2014 as I'm a big kid at heart. I like the first movie, but after watching the trailer I knew I would really enjoy the second movie. This movie didn't disappoint. I highly recommend this movie to any family looking for a good family movie.

How to Train Your Dragon 2 is just as great as the first movie was. While the plot is a little ridiculous (seriously, who chooses dragons over their own child?), its still heartwarming and heartbreaking at the same time. I wish it ended a bit differently, but its still a great movie.

How to Train Your Dragon 2 is a great sequel with a nice story and better animation. Personally, I like the first better. The 3D doesn't disappoint and equals the first, although I would like more pop out of the screen. The picture and sound is amongst the best. Highly recommended!

My whole family enjoyed this movie. The adults enjoyed it as much as the kids did. It has a great message. It does have some intense moments and a few sad parts, but okay for kids that are a bit older. I'd use care showing it to very young ones, since it is a bit scary at times.

Love this movie. There are a bunch of side artifacts that make the bluray interesting however it's no more than average. Story is a great development over the first and keeps you glowing all the way to the end. I have not met a single child who doesn't love this movie.

Most sequels fall short of what the original movie what had caught your interest. This sequel not only kept my interest but also added a twist that you may not expect. I base this on how the original movie ended and the continuing story lines on the TV serial. Its funny seeing how the characters have aged and changed towards each other. It also tugs at your hearts strings with a family reunion and a tragedy. (won't spoil the plot). Over all I enjoyed it. If you liked the first you'll enjoy this.

I had already purchased How to Train Your Dragon 2 for myself and my wife and we loved it so much that we bought it for our nephew who loves dragons of all kinds. It is a great story, but it does have a sad part that children that are too little may have difficulty with.

This movie follows along the wonder and adventure the first movie had. It also goes a little further into the mythology of the universe it exists in, with the different dragons. If the word of this being a trilogy is true, then i am very excited as to where it is headed next.

i'll keep it simple. The story wasn't a cop out like most follow ups. Instead it grew the characters The visuals were far better then the first movie. (i can see all the hairs) The movie is fun for adults and kids. I enjoyed this movie allot and my little one loved it to.

If you've seen and liked the first one, then you'll love the second one! I would've the old characters from the first one! All of the old cast is back, as well as some new ones! This movie has everything from action to romance and comedy! For kids 13+ and it's fun for adults!

How to Train Your Dragon 2 is a film that spreads its mighty wings and soars through the clouds in a blaze of color, music, beauty, and magic. While watching it, I could only think of one word to describe how I felt; I was *dazzled*. I was entranced, roused, wowed, and awestruck. This may seem like high praise to give to a children's movie. I assure you this is not: How to Train Your Dragon 2 is not just the finest children's film of the year. It is one of the finest films of the year, period.
