For me personally, Toothless reminds me of my cat! Same coloring and demeanor, only my cat can't fly. I like this kind of cartoon over Frozen, and there isn't a lot of singing around by the characters. Just a lot of dragon action!

This was a great movie ! Watched it with my four year old son, and it was wirth every penny. Action and entertaining through the how movie, with a heart warming message about a sacrifice family's will make to protect the ones they love .

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed this film. Flawed characters allowed for better understanding that not everyone is perfect so it was good to see my children pick up on that. Fast, colorful, and fun! Great movie for any and every age!

I the days when it is hard to find good movies this one comes along and satisfies. My 10 year old begged for days to rent it. I surprised him and told him we got to keep it. the characters are cute and fun. Easy to get lost in the movie.

This movie is a great sequel to the original film. It is a bit more mature and the characters have grown. Be prepared for some very serious and heart-breaking moments, especially if you have particularly young or sensitive children.

My fear with sequels is that companies/producers are trying to simply cash in on the success of the first movie and they aren't as well done. That was not the case with How to Train Your Dragon 2. This was a fun movie. My kids loved it!

Was so glad to see that this movie was available in 3D format since we have a 3D television. Best Buy is the only place I have found this format for How To Train Your Dragon 2. Cannot wait to see the surprised face on Christmas morning.

I was worried that How to Train Your Dragon 2 would not keep our attention as well as the 1st movie, but I was wrong to worry. This one was just as good, if not better than, that 1st movie. Even my 16 year old son thought it was good!

If you or your kids/grandkids are a fan of "How to Train Your Dragon" you will love this movie. It is a great follow on and has the characters you will love, a good story and great animation. It is a great addition to our collection.

This was, by far, one of the best movies I have seen in a long time. My family has since watched this movie at least 100 times....that's no exaggeration. I swear we watch this movie twice a day. I recommend this movie for everyone.

I loved the first How To Train Your Dragon. I bought the 2nd one so that when my 4 year old niece comes over there is something to watch. Well I already watched it several times and my niece has yet to visit. Hope there is a HTTYD 3

If you enjoyed the original, you'll really like this sequel. It does have a sad scene but includes some wonderful surprises, too. I've watched this several times and I'm still not tired of it! Great movie! For kids AND adults!

Admittedly I used my kids to see the first movie. But I was more than happy to buy the second installment for myself. The characters continue to be enjoyable and not cliché. If you enjoyed the first movie you will like this one too.

How to Train Your Dragon 2 was almost as good as the first one. We had a lot of fun watching this movie. The special effects are just fantastic!. Great fun for the whole family and a movie that you can easily watch again and again.

We fell in love with the first movie and Toothless stole our hearts. Sequels can sometimes disappoint, but Dragon 2 was better than the first movie . So much action and special effects. Can't wait for the 3rd one to be released!!!

The sequel to the first hit film is a bit darker in tone. Without giving too much away, this movie delves deeper into the bond between Hiccup and Toothless. Some basic knowledge of the TV series would be helpful, but not required.

Is it strange that there are more animated movies that are out now that are more enjoyable than live action? The action and story are great and the little ones love dragons so that is all that is needed for this to be a hit for us.

I really liked "How to Train Your Dragon" the original.... I highly anticipated the sequel. It did not disappoint, as some sequels do. It is a great family movie, we have watched it over and over and over again!! It's fantastic!

Blu-ray is a great way to watch new movies, and the combo disc pack is an extra bonus. Got this for a great price on Black Friday - Best Buy has some pretty terrific deals on new movies and TV shows, so keep an eye out next year!

The plot changed enough to be awesome. It didn't rely on you to love it just because you loved the first one. If a third one comes out I will give it a chance where I usually drop kids movies by that time for being too redundant.
