Waste of money. Not worth

Finally I bought a Microsoft 3500 and it works all surfaces. So do not buy this if that is of your concern. I replaced all my older mice with microsoft mice.

Died, now useless

Of course Best Buy doesn't support any products after 14 days, so I have tried twice to get HP support, but they are not interested. I suppose since it's not a high dollar laptop or something, they figure it's not worth taking care of. The mouse lights up red, the USB dongle is set up by Windows, MacOS, and Linux (tried on Manjaro, Kubuntu, and Solus), but it will not move the cursor no matter what I do. I have tried all listed procedures to sync the mouse and receiver.
