got a bad piece with a part of the monitor dark. I could not return as the days were over.

It’s great except of the wire gets hot a certain way it turns off. Almost like it has a short in the wire.

This was overall a good item, but it didn't meet my needs it, was too small, and the stand was cheap and in the way. Then I tried to set on stands and boxes to get to right eye height. The adaptor for a monitor stand was expensive. Be sure to check eye height before buy. I had to return.

Nice compact monitor, easy to install and set up!!

You get what u pay for its pretty pixelated but it works well

Expected better from Best Buy, but sadly, not up to parr. It is a second screen for my job, but every time I log on, I need to unplug my ethernet cord and plug it back in for the screen to come on!~ Wasted money I really did not have.

My son bought this monitor, brought it home, plugged it in and the screen was broken. He had to immediately return it

Purchase to create dual monitor. Not mountable as sales agent recommended. Bought two monitors Best Buy canceled on. Had to buy another match purchased best buy canceled that one. In long run bought two Samsung monitors "mountable".

May have to return it as it has begun to flicker!!

The HDMI port on this monitor broke in less than a month, causing the picture to have a bunch of red pixels on it. I tried replacing the HDMI cable and tried a different input source. It's definitely the monitor. The menus on the monitor work fine, so it's got to be the HDMI port. This monitor arrived on April 12th. I went to Best Buy on May 11th to try to return it, they refused to take it back. I guess they won't stand behind this product for even a month, so you definitely shouldn't either.

I had to return my first order then got a good product on my second.

I bought these due to price which was hard to pass up. I got them home and there is no height adjustment. The base design doesnt allow the monitor to be used with a dual monitor stand that would have corrected the issue.

Just ok. The price dropped $20 2 days later …………..

It’s surprisingly subpar in build quality and display quality. The base is way too small and covered with a cheap plastic that is creaky. And most importantly it pales in comparison to even larger displays with lower PPI. Colors look washed out and text is blurry. If you need a monitor I would recommend you look elsewhere.
