New computer

The actual equipment seems to be good and much faster than my old computer.

Engineer was a jerk--It doesn't work with a remote

The instructions were in every language except English or other Western European language. I couldn't find the ON button. I looked at the edges, and I couldn't find any buttons at all. I went to GOOGLE, before I called BEST BUY. All sorts of people on Google were asking if they needed a remote-one of my thoughts. People were asking for HP or point of purchase help. One man said--Very slowly run a finger and thumb (to make a right angle) on the edge around the screen. It took 3 times around, before I found the button. It's flush, hard to feel and impossible to see. What else I don't like. Turn the PC off, and the stupid monitor flashes-- a bright yellow and red warning sign of a power cut off. I was setting the thing up, when my area was hit with a series of electric and Comcast outages. I freaked out the first time that happened.
