Best Low Cost IPS monitors are the HPs

I saw this was on sale and fairly new on the BestBuy website. Just got it in the mail two days ago and I'm pleased with the quality. It's very clear, and a big improvement from what I had. Definitely worth the price in comparison to other similar style monitors.

I believe the it has a lag of 5 ms on it. I am using it to play sfv and i havent had any issues so far (probably because im uses to the sfv input delay) but definitely a decent screen to use. Obviously i wasnt expecting a high end monitor but it gets the job done. Colors are decent on it. But then again i only use it for simple purposes and i wasnt disappointed
