To start, I'll clarify I have now had this monitor for a total of 30 days now. I've used it every day since I bought it, for more than 7 hours a day. That being said, this monitor is exactly what I needed. I'm an artist, I use my computer to draw. The screen size is a huge step up from my previous screen, I haven't needed to hook up my second screen from how nice it is. The screen brightness can be altered of course, the lowest setting gives off the right amount of light without straining your eyes. I adore the matte finish, I can't imagine going back to glare now. The color and overall image quality has been impeccable, if you're worried about the colors coming off differently on this screen - don't be. I haven't had a single problem with it - overall I'm ecstatic

Definitely worth every penny! I just bought a MacBook Pro and the display is just as clear as the MacBook. I didn't want to spend a ton of money on a second monitor and this one is well worth it. Great price and great product! I would recommend anyone to buy this.

I use this monitor for my work laptop as well as my personal. I love that the monitor has the ability to switch between the two screens depending on which computer I have on. I love the size and clarity of the computer...and I think for the price, you can't beat this deal.

You get an exceptionally lightweight, easily installed monitor that gives you a very nice picture. You don't get an adjustable stand or other convenient bells and whistles (such as added UBS ports). The screen does tilt a bit, but you can't raise or lower it, or turn it to the left or right. That would have been enough for me to give it five stars instead of four. For the price, I'm content.

I play CS:GO on this monitor and it's great! The 7ms response time is no problem for fast action games!

Overall great display monitor for anyone looking to upgrade their display. Not only does it look sleek and beautiful but it's very thin and well made. 23in display is large enough to have two or more webpages up at one time. Does NOT come with built-in speakers. Overall I am happy with the purchase and easy monitor set up, screen tilts and is adjustable for all eye sight levels.

Bought two of these monitors and used as dual screen from my PC. Color are vibrant and size is perfect for my desk.

I actually purchase two monitors and the HP Pavilion AMD A8 Series Hard drive for work. The monitors were the perfect size, my concern they may be small were quickly dismissed. Stands were easy to put together and the monitor plug into the hard drive. Also, a great value considering the monitors were on sale for $119. Unfortunately there were two negatives, 1) Setting up dual monitors was tricky; 2) HP instructions should have listed the required cables for dual monitors. Currently most people purchasing a desktop are using two to three monitors. Overall a great Value and love the monitors.

I was guided by the reviews and as a tech professional, designer and artist I consider this monitor only for work at the office desk. Cons: - very bad color accuracy. There is no factory calibration at all. - color temperature and color shift very much depend on a batch number. I have 3 monitors (one defective, with bad visible ripples), and two of them belong to one batch and one to another. The last one, obviously, has a panel from a different manufacturer. So when I put them aside, one had more or less ok colors, but the other one had a very bad shift into red spectrum. So I bought from the same Best Buy store again. Now, I have 2 reddish monitors, which I had to setup manually. Usually, I buy pre-calibrated monitors. - It also has a Technicolor preset. I assume, it refers to the cinematic process and a company behind it. But, no, it does not work. This preset looked ok with one of mine monitors, with the defective one, but not with others. Colors get orange, instead of getting warm. - all 3 monitors have weird gray ripples running from the center. Less visible on my 2 monitors, but really bad on the third one, very pronounced on white background. It is a production issue, connected to the polarizing layer/film. - no integrated sound. Might be considered a positive thing. - viewing angles are so so. The Good: - it is relatively cheap and looks quite well for a low end monitor. - it is MATTE. - it works for office task, for people, who have no idea, what color temp, polarization or sRGB are. All in all, an acceptable monitor for your office, but can not be used as an allround monitor. So, if you get a monitor with a blue label, you are in luck, so to say. My two reddish monitors have yellow labels.

This HP monitor is very clear, doesn't glare, and looks pretty darn stylish on my desk. The only thing I don't like is that while I can tilt the screen up I can't tilt it down at all, which really would have been helpful as my desk has the raised monitor shelf and I'm not very tall so I sit lower than most people at a desk.

I bought this monitor for my laptop that i use for gaming. I was tired of looking at the small screen. I saw this on sale and went ahead and bought it. When i plugged it in and finished setting it up with my laptop it was a huge difference from 720 to 1080!! It is very gorgeous and has no lag for gaming :) 5/5

This monitor looks good and is easy to set up. The resolution and refresh rate are great when playing games. Hp's known quality and warranty are a plus as well.

Beautiful screen, HDMI input, great price for what you get. Unfortunately, my frame was warped out of the box, so the adhesive wasn't effective along one of the edges. Returning tomorrow and attempting round 2.

Purchased two monitors for one of my employees got a good deal at around $100 to $120 per monitor. Great size and resolution and haven't had any issues with them!

i recently had a glossy dell 23" monitor that i than exchanged for this. This monitor has awesome picture quality and the matte finish is a plus! get this monitor!

Was in need of a new dual monitor setup. The small footprint of this monitor opens up workspace on my desk. Good resolution and color at a great price.
